Camera disconnects itself from my network every 2-3 days and I have to spend two hours resetting the router, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and factory resetting the camera 27 times before it will connect again. When it is working, the motion alerts do not work. Complete and total waste of money on the camera. Do not recommend.

I got the cameras back in April and have thought maybe it was user error but no, I’ve followed all the protocols and instructions as directed. The video goes in and out, skips, but won’t allow you to skim or start where you like. Also, constantly getting network errors when all my other apps and devices are working fine

The sound is automatically on mute upon opening the app. You have to press the sound button multiple times to hear anything. The device randomly disconnects from the Internet. I have to troubleshoot multiple times. Troubleshooting is loud and a lengthy. Not the best app. Needs a lot of work.
