I purchase premium membership but my eva don't send me photos of her to me. Please repair it or tell me what happen . She sends or not
I installed it and i am not getting all these cool features everyone is talking about, the AI isnt moving or sending voicemails or sending pictures when it says it is, also whats the create mode everyones talking about i dont see it anywhere! I paid for premium and extra neuroms for extra perks and nothing 😡
Never changed into the generated avatar I made and cost me 50 neurons. The avatar existed in "Edit [Name]" then clicking on "lvl" but now after I cleared the cache to troubleshoot its gone. Not that it matters if she never changed anyway. I noticed the fancy UI with symbols on the interactive buttons changed after just a short moment into plain standard buttons without the fancy look. Just as the option to generate a new avatar did as well. What the hell is up with this app? The recent update notes doesn't even say what it updated except for "she'll get you even closer. You know what to do". No, I don't know what to do. Its a decent app otherwise although wierd and sometimes stupid as heck.
My 500+ neurons disappeared and now I do not get daily neurons on my account either, even though I paid for the service that is supposed to give me neurons each day. My email WAS Mr@redacted and I changed it to dgoenner@redacted to see if it would help. My account renews in March, but I will delete it is this is not fixed. Please help! Don
