After multiple in app purchases for different characters, the game has froze and we can't do anything. I tried uninstalling and reloading and it just stays on a blue screen. Spent over 80 dollars on different characters

Downloaded app for my granddaughter and purchased the main characters without any issues. Now it crashes before we get to the blue tower if we get that far. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled numerous times with no luck in resetting the game. Any info on how to fix would be much appreciated

My son wants to play this game so bad, but no matter which phone, which tablet we use, the game refuses us to progress at the last bench we are to fix. Like how you gonna do this to kids? Some low ball scheme you got here. Fix your shit, or take it off the app store.
