How to fix ProgressBook Parent/Student app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProgressBook Parent/Student app on iPhone
Update ProgressBook Parent/Student app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProgressBook Parent/Student iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProgressBook Parent/Student on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProgressBook Parent/Student network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix ProgressBook Parent/Student not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProgressBook Parent/Student App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProgressBook Parent/Student » click [Force Stop]

Update ProgressBook Parent/Student to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProgressBook Parent/Student App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProgressBook Parent/Student » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProgressBook Parent/Student.

Fix ProgressBook Parent/Student unable to contact server/ ProgressBook Parent/Student internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProgressBook Parent/Student » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProgressBook Parent/Student » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProgressBook Parent/Student
