Love wing shack. Excited to have a location in Johnstown, but whats up with the “service charge” , and the default to 15% tip for pickup when ordering on line.

Still with the default 15% tip. This is why I only visit 1-2 times a year now. Used to drive to windsor twice a month.

When I go to log in, it automatically sends me to the new customer page. If I fill that out, it says there’s no need to register because I’m already an existing customer. But there’s nowhere to put a user name and password - I’m rerouted to the registration page.

I was SO close to wing shack hall of fame status and was getting great coupons for spending thousands of dollars there. Now it’s just $5 coupon again? Back to the beginner rewards? I’m so bummed! Honestly the coupons and loyalty deals were a huge reason we ate here as often as we do. Now it’ll just be on occasion.

It auto populates a tip every time you make a change! Very sneaky.

Why would I leave a tip anyway? I’m doing all the work here on top of a “service charge” for using their app.

Would really like to be able to use gift cards of orders via WingShack

I saw the half off for nuggets BUT I can't find it on WingShack at all? Also I saw the waffle fries showing at $3 but I was charged $7.50.
I HATE ordering food on apps!!!!

Reward should be automatically given through WingShack .

Even requesting a tip when the service provider did nothing outside of making the product makes an uncomfortable environment, and a lack of interest in returning.

My address won’t pop up in WingShack correctly. Otherwise it would be very easy and convent.

Had to order online even though we were inside the restaurant standing at the counter! Staff did not know how to apply or scan reward points for their new app so we could get points applied for our purchase?!? Receipts should have a scan option at minimum or be able to input phone number to get points applied. Something no one thought about before launching a new app?

They’re sauces are so bomb, I eat from Wing Shack probably more than half the month 😅 no shame!

Max, at the Windsor restaurant, was just amazing to My Husband and I on Friday afternoon. He makes good Micheladas and his personality is so much fun. He treats everybody with respect and kindness. He’s always smiling and very knowledgeable about the menu. He needs to be at the bar working as much as possible as he is just a joy to talk to. I will definitely be back with my husband.🤟👍🏻🩷

We’ve supported Wing Shack from the beginning, and still love your food. But it sure be helpful if you accepted Apple Pay!

We love coming here and how good the service is never fails and let me tell you about the amazing sauces they are to die for and we love taking them to Denver for family dinners….

Wing Shack has great wings in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Now they have a great online ordering for wings, sauces, boneless wings, French fries, chicken sandwiches, and homemade chips - wow! And their sauces. So good when I eat them on wing, boneless wings, veggie and also sandwiches, salads, wraps, and fry bowls. Cant wait to try their dessert, Snicker Crisps and Colorado Style Cheesecake. Superb.
