No way to contact customer service for online order issues

When I go to log in, it automatically sends me to the new customer page. If I fill that out, it says there’s no need to register because I’m already an existing customer. But there’s nowhere to put a user name and password - I’m rerouted to the registration page.
What happened to the rewards??

I was SO close to wing shack hall of fame status and was getting great coupons for spending thousands of dollars there. Now it’s just $5 coupon again? Back to the beginner rewards? I’m so bummed! Honestly the coupons and loyalty deals were a huge reason we ate here as often as we do. Now it’ll just be on occasion.
Service charge? 15% tip default

Love wing shack. Excited to have a location in Johnstown, but whats up with the “service charge” , and the default to 15% tip for pickup when ordering on line.
Still with the default 15% tip. This is why I only visit 1-2 times a year now. Used to drive to windsor twice a month.
