Placing orders

The app is not allowing you to checkout when placing an order. it’s not giving the option. Is there a glitch or something? This has been for a few weeks now

Why did you even bother with an app? No offers, no explanations on anything like how the perks system works and the first perk you can earn is a dipping sauce? Really? Does 25 cents worth of sauce motivate people? There’s an “about” button which you’d think would have some info about the restaurant right? Nope. Completely blank. Interestingly enough the same menu has a “delete my account forever” button…and here I was thinking they didn’t understand what customers want. 😂
Unable to Order Fries Without Seasoning

When we go into the store, our family orders fries without any seasoning (don’t like the fact they combine salt and pepper together and don’t like the rest of the options). This app requires you to choose a seasoning or you can’t order the fries. Makes the app useless for us.
