My Volmix is working on my iPhone , it cannot polish the sound like before. I tried all the suggestions provided here but it still doesn’t work. Pls advise what should I do. Thanks

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Volmix app issues:

Force Stop the Volmix App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Volmix app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Volmix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Volmix App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Volmix app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Volmix.

Fix Volmix unable to contact server/ Volmix internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Volmix » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Volmix » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
