My Volmix is working on my iPhone , it cannot polish the sound like before. I tried all the suggestions provided here but it still doesn’t work. Pls advise what should I do. Thanks

How to fix Volmix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Volmix app on iPhone
Update Volmix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Volmix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Volmix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Volmix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Volmix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Volmix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Volmix App
1. On android, goto Settings » Volmix » click [Force Stop]

Update Volmix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Volmix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Volmix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Volmix.

Fix Volmix unable to contact server/ Volmix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Volmix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Volmix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Volmix
