WARNING! Scam! I am still missing $60 from Surprise. Claimed they would refund me, but I have never gotten it. I don’t know if it’s the phone I have that’s causing the problem (iPhone 8), but Surprise just doesn’t work. It’s all set up terribly. First time using Surprise , I had to subscribe before even creating my account. Once I did, it worked fine for about 10 minutes. After that, the Daily Spin wheel or whatever it’s called pops up and I’m then stuck in a never-ending loop of spinning this stupid wheel with no prize. I decide to delete Surprise and re-download to try to fix it. Well, this app, I had to subscribe again before I could even LOG IN!! I’ve gotten charged and re-charged too many times for an app that has given me absolutely nothing. The support seemed nice. They responded to my email and claimed to refund me, but I haven’t seen a cent back. I’ve emailed them multiple times about this now. Please, if you’re reading this and you work for Surprise , give me my $60 back. If you’re thinking of downloading Surprise , DON’T! Waste your time elsewhere and save your money.

It works for about ten minutes. Then it starts asking to integrate with your job email and your boss. In the middle of trivia rounds it asks personal questions about your likes and activities presumably to sell this info. After ten minutes the spinner ALWAYS lands on ten coins. You appear to accumulate this app eggs but cannot open them; you cannot do anything with the coins. The creator used a fake job offer of 125k/year to lure people to give good reviews. While those reviews mostly say, it’s an easy game for me to potentially win prizes; the game makes it completely IMPOSSIBLE to win anything. Don’t waste your time or your personal info. Also when you click app support it takes you to the main website which shows Surprise to be marketed to companies to increase production from employees. THERE IS NO APP SUPPORT

Didn't sign up for a subscription and 3 emails later and cancelling debit card they are still somehow managing to try to charge me. Thankfully it's only through my cashapp so I have my card disabled and it hasn't been able to process it. Emailed them 2 times telling them to cancel my subscription and they claimed they did. I'm on email 3 and they claim they have prioritized my email but next day they have tried to pull it out yet again.

Thank goodness I’ve used my credit card because it’s easier to dispute. They’ve tried to charge $99 to my credit but ive froze it to prevent them from using it. Meanwhile, at the beginning they lie to you saying they need a credit card for “verification and you will not be charged”. Exact words. I am definitely filing law suit against this company. Already reported this fraudulent company that’s literally lying and stealing from people to Apple. Surprise need to be shut down. See you in court!!!

Surprise is ridiculous! Avoid and stay away… run away in fact and definitely do not share your card information because they will not stop the subscription or whatever it is and will withdrawal money all the time. I have sent 5 emails and tried to get my card information removed as i do not ever remember signing up for anything of this nature and they still make deductions from my account. I’m beside myself with what to do to get their ridiculous little game to stop.

Surprise is terrible. Might be a scam? The algorithm is faulty and does not work. The claim you win prizes once you collect a certain number, but the function does not work. I collected a given prize more than the number of times required and nothing happens. Also sounds like potential employees are being asked to download it when applying for a job at this company. I’m all for understanding the product as an employee but this sounds like some attempt to increase app downloads more than anything. Not cool.

I have tried calling customer service one of the numbers doesn’t work the other no one answers….. I verified email I played for hours loved it…… bought 8 dollars worth of eggs an I didn’t receive them … then I went to login again an said account doesn’t exist I can’t login ! An now on my bank statement it charged me another 20 dollars an I don’t even have an account or even able to play now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It doesn’t deserve even 1 star I am about 30 dollars down an I can’t even login !!! An have gotten nothing in return!

I downloaded Surprise and it brought up that it was charging me $0.00 to get started. When I okayed it, it told me that there was insufficient funds because it was trying to take out $1, so from there I decided to delete Surprise because it seemed sketchy. Now I see it keeps attempting to take $100 out of my account that I was not aware of nor did I authorise. When I tried to contact the company, none of the departments will pick up. Their developer website has 2 numbers that no one can get through to and no email. This screams scam!!!!

I would give this crappy app 0 stars if I could. I was on Surprise for a few days, canceled because Surprise wouldn’t work and I talked to customer service via online chat to cancel my account. They assured me it was canceled. I’ve been charged 3 times since then and every time I contact customer service, they tell me it’s canceled and they refuse to refund my money even though the charges were unauthorized. I’m going to have to call my bank and report them since they won’t stop charging me. You can’t contact them via phone either. Learn from my mistake and DON’T DO IT!

This is fraudulent app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
If they don’t give you a better description of their app, their no good! ESPECIALLY if they ask for a credit card # and never mention in description about charges. Don’t ever do that!
Now, 1. Call your bank and explain the problem and get a new card. Most banks will recoup the money and refund it back to you. 2. File a complaint with Apple and alert them of the fraud. 3. Go to App Store, click on your picture. Look for subscriptions, if you find them there, CANCEL IT.
4. Delete Surprise and spread the word everywhere(all social media you have acts with).

Ok #1 this game asks for a credit card befor you can even play but yet it says free??? Adding a credit card means you have to pay for something and lol it doesn’t even say in the description that you need on that is sooo false advertising right there so ya I downloaded it despite all the bad reviews and guess what they pretty much are right if a game says free but asks for a card before you even get to play it then there’s something very sketchy about the game.. especially if there’s nothing in the description about having to add cards or haveing to have a subscription that’s how you know your going to be ripped off don’t download this game….

Horrible....game crashes every time you try to open a this app egg. I have two and every time i try to open them Surprise crashes. Then it says you cant play the other games until you reach level 100 but progresses you slowly on levels. And the spin wheel is rigged it only ever lands on the +250 coins or the +100 coins, never lands on anything else. Total waste of time. Would be a good dame if it actually worked and gave you prizes. I spun the wheel once and got the open 3 surprises and then Surprise crashed i went back in and the 3 surprises were gone. You can spin the wheel until your fingers fall off it will never land on anything other than coins.

App experience: I couldn’t even try Surprise because it kept on freezing and forcing me out of Surprise every time I try any games during trial.

Technical issues: Surprise not only charged me twice during trial, which was supposed to be free, it charged me again a month later after the trial. Customer service wasn’t available on app like it should, so I tried emailing. Service was friendly but the finance team that was supposed to get back to me to help resolve issues never reached out.

I think Surprise is a good idea but maybe better to not ask for credit card info before letting players try it to avoid the hassle and frustration.

Somehow they got to my credit card and charged me $10. Others are saying this is a recurring charge. I had to cancel my credit card. I only downloaded this because they had a job going. Turns out this is a scam too. Look on their website and they have pages of jobs going where you have to download Surprise to get an idea of what’s required - probably a way to lure people. Also, I hear they just use the work that people do as part of the trial process - so free work for them. Did I mention that Surprise is useless? It is so broken and you get stuck By that time they have taken all your information and sold it. There is no way to contact them to be unsubscribed or get your money back. You are very bad people!

Surprise doesn’t even work. You will play fine for about a week, then it crashes and you lose all your progresses, which funny enough is after you’re billed for it. Every time I spin and get surprises, Surprise crashes and cannot progress because it sends me back to that screen. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled. I contacted support and it was useless, they only addressed the missing coins and not even that Surprise won’t work. Suggested I reinstall after I told them I already had. So I guess you can play if you don’t mind uninstalling and reinstalling ten times a day, and never getting any surprises because it will crash and you have to delete the game and start over.

I’m only going to give Surprise a rating of a 3 because although it’s fun for a few mins. Then all of a sudden it shuts off by itself and now it won’t load anything. Not sure what’s going on. Please fix the issues. Can’t even finish a round without it closing out on me and me having to restart it.

I’ve had Surprise for 10 days . I’m on 110 rounds of trivia and have only made it to level 9 . To unlock pretty much anything you have to be at level 100 so I only have around 1000 more rounds of trivia questions to go . I did end up winning a coffee but when I went to check how to redeem it it took the “star “ away that I had earned . It’s frustrating for these reason and really not worth my time or money .

After I downloaded Surprise , first thing that caught my attention was all the colors, second thing was how fast Surprise was responding, and third thing, I believe it could use a few more ideas that could be added. Gets boring really quick after just creating an account but I think that has to do with the lack of things to do. It’s simple. Too simple if you ask me.

Anyone who likes surprises will like this app!!! I like the fact that this is a straight forward plug and play app that doesn’t have any steep learning curves in order to get straight to the point. Getting prizes! I love quizzes and games so this marries both in a way that does not seem tedious and complex. Once I got my eggs for prizes and samurai sliced them to bits I realized I can log in everyday, answer a few questions and possibly win some pretty cool prizes!

I have to check in every week. But Zhou Sai is getting more and more annoying now. He can't come up with a new dress for a month, and every time he usually wears a kitten's claws, and the kitten grabs three, which is too stingy. The experience is getting worse and worse. Every time the treasure chest is played in the weekly game, the system can't wait to skip all the special effects, and the special effects left at the end will end the game before it blows up, and then quit. In a word, has the programmer changed to a thief and stingy person?

Amazing but it’s really annoying things have been happening lately every time I try and join the game it kicks me out it’s weird could you please fix that glitch and can you try and make people stop hacking peoples accounts please and thank you and also start warning people about the new update and that it won’t be up a while because lots of people are getting upset that you aren’t warning them people legitimately wouldn’t do anything

Surprise runs incredibly smooths on my iphone 12 Pro. I love the amount of detail that was put into Surprise, all of the menu’s and options have a colorful and modern look to them. Surprise has a friendly user interface. Lastly, features I especially enjoy about Surprise are the chimes and vibrations which makes Surprise more engaging!

Happy this game is my best friend in the online world. It kills all my boring time and gives me the best company during the most boring time of my pregnancy. I just updated to see Wuhu, planning to go home to be the second generation of the rich, and I also felt a little sad. Thinking of saving it. It's a joke now. Well, I laughed and planned to maintain this game well, because it is my good friend

I love the game I’ve been playing since 2014 but until I got hacked unfortunately but I got a new account and have been playing for 6 years I love all the games besides the inappropriate content but besides that the game is awesome but there is one thing I think this app should add a option where you can defend easily without any website or info so that’s my rate and one more thing keep the this app corporation going that is my rate bye

Surprise is top of the line for this industry! They have very active support, allow you to request specific things you want to play, and overall have a friendly user experience. For all those that do this professionally or as a hobby it is very easy to use deposit/ withdraw and I would recommend it to anyone. You are seriously missing out if you don’t use them currently!

The very first time I downloaded Surprise I 10x my money on my very first bet. this app has brought much joy to my life. Surprise has caused my friends and I enjoy games a lot more it makes everything so much more entertaining and competitive. Customer service has gone above and beyond for me and for others. They respond rapidly and do their best to help you out as best as they can. this app is by far the best app i’ve used.

this app is the best app you can get if you love sports. It has made watching sports even more entertaining for myself with the easy access to the fantasy contest. App is very well organized to be able to make your matches for the games easily. Plus the customer service never leaves you hanging and always on top of everything so quickly!

I was playing a lot of FanDuel and DraftKings until One of friend told me about Surprises, Man I have to say joining Surprises is one best decision I have ever made. best part about it is that you not in a competition with no one else all you have to do is think about how you see the game gonna play out this app over or under watch the game and make profit. ever since I found Surprises I literally stop playing FanDuel and DraftKings because I been making tons of profits. Also customer service is right around the corner any issue you have that can be answer in 5 mins you don't to wait the next day to get a response. All I can say if you out there looking to make profit on under or over Surprises is definitely for you

With all the options available for daily fantasy games, Surprises by far is the best. They have so many options to choose, super simple to use and great rewards. The very few times I’ve had to reach out to support have been handled quickly. If you love daily fantasy, you need to check them out!

Easily my favorite way to play fantasy sports. And you don't have to triple check everything minutes before game time every night/ have your roster ruined by a DNP. this app will void that entry and give you option to cancel. They've often even refunded for bad beats, like injuries. Cross sport flexibility does not exist on similar sites. What more do you need?

Apps like this always come along where they are super interesting when they launch, they try to help and satisfy their users, and then they drop off. I am not sure if that will happen with this new platform, but it has a ton of promise and i am excited to ‌​​‌
