First time user and I’m struggling to even place an order. Naya doesn’t distinguish when I’m clicking on options when customizing my order. Numerous times I’ve had to leave the exit the order and try again hoping it’ll register the items I’m choosing to customize in my salad.

I’ve tried to order 10 different times using Apple Pay but my phone number and email are supposedly registered already so when I log in, it says that my details don’t exist.

Naya doesn’t recognize the street address I’m trying to have food delivered to which makes it literally impossible to place an order, and my last order (of a significant amount) placed through my account over my computer is not registering rewards in the phone app. Glad it’s working for everybody else, but personally it is a worthless app for me thus far.

The food is honestly some of the most delicious you can find. Highly recommend eating here.
Naya, however, is one of the buggiest, second-rate garbage apps I’ve ever used. It’s so often a coin flip to impossible for whether or not I’ll be able to actually successfully order my food with it. I can’t give zero stars for Naya so they get away with one.

The previous version was totally fine. But this new update is unusable. So buggy: button selections don’t work, cannot verify account, Apple Pay doesn’t work, and the UI is so much worse than before. Gave up on ordering.

The new app is worse than the original app. The UI feels very stretched out and disproportionate. The workflow is super glitchy especially when placing an order for the first time and having to verify your phone number. Most importantly, my order was never able to be placed. The spinner was just infinitely spinning. I had to force close Naya .

I try to sign in and it takes me to the sign up all the time. I already have an account! Regarding the food, i love it although many different options should be added. Can’t be eating the same thing everyday.

Naya experience is fine, and I appreciate that you get money back, but they really need to figure out their in store experience. I placed an order through Naya 45 minutes ago, and I’m still waiting for my food in the store. I could have gone through the line twice at this point. Having a strong app experience is worthless if you can’t figure out how to handle the demand in store. I hope this app corrects this issue on behalf of me and the 15 people I’m standing with at 688 3rd Ave.

Updated app is horrible. taping on some of the option doesn’t select anything. Eg. I choose salad bowl and one the green section kept trying to tap second option and nothing happens.

Also, The loading icon animation that pops up on every new screen is very frustrating

After major update, Naya doesn’t work. Tapping on options doesn’t add them to the build-your-own order, even after multiple attempts. Gave up and ordered food from elsewhere. App is unusable until fixed.

Design flaws while making an order and when making a payment

Very happy they opened the MetroTech/Brooklyn location. Great location, super clean, nice staff! Highly recommend!

Love this app they have very fresh ingredients and I enjoy my self every time I order from them.

App works great. The rewards system isn’t great, it takes way too long to earn anything, but I don’t mind since it’s already a cheap and tasty lunch.

Can we have the option to choice half/ half for the protein (and rice & quinoa)?

Waiting in the store for 10 minutes and the food is Naya wasn’t working. I would have been better off standing in line. They have no idea when food will come.

Experience was so easy to order my favorite Falafel wrap in the city!!! Also so amazing I earn rewards with every order - excited to become a loyal user!

So healthy, delicious and unique! I used to work across street and go every weekday. So glad they have Naya! Open more stores!!!! Bring healthy food to kore people!!!

What’s more to say? It’s always fresh, delicious, and authentic middle eastern inspired bowls, salads, and wraps. It’s also great value for the money, especially in Manhattan where I get this for lunch frequently. And Naya is very useful and easy to use. Try it! You’ll love it!
