Very odd app

I’m not sure why Costco dedicated time to a podcast app instead of selling a discounted audible membership in store?
You still can’t do online ordering in the app or scan and go like Walmart. I would think this would be the logical next step after self checkout. Costco needs to do some soul searching on how to best serve customers… Target, Walmart, Sam’s club, and ALDI all do curbside pickup. Your executive team selfishly made people shop in store during COVID-19. Time to wake up and take care of members.
The main Costco app has a plethora of bugs… maybe circle back to that??
Creator thinks login required to listen to download book

Purchased and downloaded a book. The file started to play as expected. I stopped the playback and closed the app. I then started drove off to a place with no internet connection, opened the app and they said my ‘session had expired’. I could not get past it and could not listen to the book offline. The creator seems to have missed a reason why some folks want to listen to audio books (while on a plane, on a boat, in the mountains, etc)
Horrible app

This app is CRAP! I kept getting and error on wrong login/pw. I changed my costco pw, which worked fine, deleted the app, reinstalled it etc., still wouldn't work. Customer service was automated, no help for the audiobooks in the there runaround recordings. I returned the books the books. I use audible, but liked Costco’s prices. I am very tech savvy, this app didn’t work on Iphone, ipads and 3 of my macs.
