How to fix Purelist app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Purelist app on iPhone
Update Purelist app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Purelist iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Purelist on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Purelist network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Purelist Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Purelist not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Purelist App
1. On android, goto Settings » Purelist » click [Force Stop]

Update Purelist to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Purelist App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Purelist » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Purelist.

Fix Purelist unable to contact server/ Purelist internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Purelist » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Purelist » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Purelist
