How to fix Purelist app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Purelist app on iPhone
Update Purelist app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Purelist iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Purelist on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Purelist network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Purelist app issues:

Force Stop the Purelist App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Purelist app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Purelist to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Purelist App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Purelist app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Purelist.

Fix Purelist unable to contact server/ Purelist internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Purelist » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Purelist » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Purelist on android.
