Misleading info on approved COVID test providers

My wife made the mistake of using this app to book a test with Quest diagnostics, which was de-listed as an approved COVID test provider in 2020. The app has not been updated with this in 2021, and it is pretty clear that little to no effort is made to keep this app useful. We will still get to Hawaii, just a few days later than planned, but want to warn others to stay away from this app.
Terrible Glitches

The app says it can’t issue a pass because of the amount of time between my shots. Well, it is looking at the booster shot I just received, not my first and second shots, which were at the exact recommended intervals.
So the product fails on providing vaccine certification if you get a booster. Terrible lack of accommodation for real-world situations.

Washington does not provide smart health card QR code’s. I got my covid vaccinations from Walgreens which the app doesn’t recognize. I planned to use this for travel to-from Hawaii. Hopefully Washington will come on board with smart health cards (doubtful) or these apps will recognize more than six purveyors of the vaccine.
