This is the worst nursing agency I have ever worked for. I belong to most of the big ones. I’m actually on the advisory board and a featured nurse for several of the bigger ones. Been a nurse for 15 years. I cannot begin to describe how incompetent the contact person is for NE Ohio, Naba. I try about once a month to pick up shifts, only about 5% of the shifts are actually available, the rest are already filled & the app just isn’t updated. When I do select a shift, I’ll be waiting for weeks to be confirmed. Most often, I never get confirmed or declined, I just sit in limbo until the date has long gone. I try messaging her & she never, ever addresses even simple questions. It’ll be the the very day of the shift I selected weeks ago, I’ll ask her if I’m scheduled or confirmed, & she still will not have an answer? I don’t know how they actually operate a real business this way? I’d love to be able to work even Part time hours, but it’s impossible given the total brick wall I meet with that is Naba, or anyone in customer service. Your business deserves to fail.

I onboarded on the app. They made it seem like I could pick up shifts. I requested a few shifts and got a text saying I wasn’t registered and needed fo sign up on their website. This process took more time but I was able to submit my credentials the same day. Even though I already did this on the app. Then a few days later I got an email saying they needed more. I sent what they asked. No response. Weeks ago. I even followed up as they recommended to check on the status, and surprise, no response. I believe its a scam to get your information.

I have worked one shift is all and the pay I received was not what was quoted on the app on Presidents Day. Holiday pay stops at 12 midnight then why quote a whole shift price with holiday pay and not give that to the employee and tell them,”oh holiday pay stopped at 12am.” This is not fair to an employee at all to post a shift pay and get a lot less.
