When I try to add a cycle timer for my smart switch, It says “openration failed” I think they mean operation. Anyways, I’m not sure how to add a timer for when the switch goes on and when to turn off so I think CozyLifeSmart is very confusing……

CozyLifeSmart is not integrated with Alexa or smart life despite it's linked to Alexa.
I am trying to automate the air conditioner to switch on when the temperature is high but CozyLifeSmart is not doing anything.
It's just information .
I had tuya and smartlife in the other two rooms and they are working perfectly but this is waste of money.
Don't buy it it's a scam

CozyLifeSmart is junk, cannot get the bulb to connect and fully setup. I have a few smart lights from other vendors, and they all work fine, this one feels like the public is being used as a beta test pilot, they should be ashamed they’ve released this garbage.

I did spend a few days messing with CozyLifeSmart , can’t hold the connection with the smart light and the WiFi, that’s can cause to the light doesn’t set up and ends up in no working as a smart light, what a way to wasted the money, although the light is bright and it’s just 9w so it’s a plus

Spent over an hour messing with app permissions and network setting and couldn’t get the light to connect to CozyLifeSmart . It always gets stuck at “configuring the device.” The device will clearly connect to the network because it stops flashing, but CozyLifeSmart refuses to find it at that point. Im a network engineer and I couldn’t get this device working. I believe it’s an issue with CozyLifeSmart and it’s capability to find devices on the network. Happy to change my rating for a functional product.

To use CozyLifeSmart for Bluetooth purposes you are REQUIRED to provide your wifi information and EXACT geolocation. It also requests microphone access, access to your photo and media library. Everything defaults to full access of information. Their link to their “privacy policy” is just a link to their homepage that has no privacy policy.

CozyLifeSmart is asks for cart balance to ALL your information with no alternatives or explanation.

App requires your precise location in order to tell the switch the wifi SSID and password you already entered. There’s no reason for this unless they’re collecting data to be able to access your network.
Update: developer, “Doctors of Intelligence & Technology,” claims, “We do not only store your location information, we do not store other information." So there you have it. Not sure why CozyLifeSmart isn’t banned by Apple.

The application requires that you identify your country to login but the list is in some form of Asian characters. I recognize that I am illiterate but shouldn’t CozyLifeSmart be able to identify that it was downloaded in the US? Doesn’t Apple screen for such a glaring failure before offering apps on the US store? CozyLifeSmart is unusable as is. I have no idea if it is well coded. I can’t get that far.

I wish I could give this zero stars but sadly I can’t, I have tried everything but every time I open CozyLifeSmart it crashes over and over and over and over and over you get the point lol, it makes the $50 lamp I bought unusable :/
Hopefully in the future the can fix this issue🤷

Was working for a week or so as it should via Alexa or Google Home.
Now works ONLY MANUALLY pressing button on the smart (dumb) switch 😝

The location was written in all Japanese or Korean idk but it was terrible and I couldn’t figure anything out and the remote doesn’t even work and the lights aren’t even bright I’m literally going to return them 💀😭

The lights turn on in CozyLifeSmart and when you assign a Siri shortcut but they do not work in Apple HomeKit unless all devices are connected under 2.4 MHz. Once you reboot router but you change the phone to a normal Wi-Fi like 5.0 MHz or 2.4/5Mhz you lose connectivity. All my other devices, Lifx, Nanoleaf, Eve, Level, VOCOLinc, Wemo, iDevices, My Leviton work! Step it up CozyLife. 🤔

It’s working and easy to use switch for wall. Also, I need to you will add “Watch” for Apple because I used to WeMo Switch “Watch” I did enter for fountain water on or off my watch and light xmass if I forget my iPhone then I use to my watch click off when I was outside to clean up leaf. That’s why important to me my watch you need to add. I hope you can read and you will consider th add and let me update.

I received this plug through PinchMe and absolutely love it. It’s setup in my bedroom with a lamp. It makes it so much nicer to get up in the middle of the night and be able to turn a lamp on by just saying a phrase.

I’m not sure why other people can’t connect to the device. What I did was hold the plug on/off button 5 sec. Then go to CozyLifeSmart and join select the light (that what I want to join/use it for, also for timer light). Then it asked me to join my own home network. Asked me to put my home network password. I did all that. After that it asked me to join “cozy life” Wi-Fi (not secure one). Then it found the device. Easy.

smooth，convenient and fast

I was dubious to the value of getting a Wi-Fi enabled LED bulb but purchased two to educate myself for their potential. I am pleasantly surprised at the usefulness of these bulbs. Beyond the ability to power on & off, the timers, color and tunable intensity are terrific features.

One suggestion, verify that your WiFi router has sufficient bandwidth to communicate with all the devices.

The connection works perfectly, and anyone can easily set it up

I seen other reviews where people couldn’t get their smart plug set up. I got it set up within 2 mins after making an account. I made the account, selected which device I had, plugged it in while it was scanning and it found the plug instantly, I set up the WiFi info, and it connected instantly, connected it with my Alexa and voila the light comes on and off when I tell Alexa to turn it on/off.

I have been using CozyLifeSmart for many years now and it worked fine with the smart sockets that I purchased. Now I would like to add more smart devices to it but am unsure what devices are compatible. The smart sockets were of no particular brand and when I looked them up to find more information about them and who makes them it led me to a dead end. I was curious what could be connected to CozyLifeSmart like speakers and cameras or just switches and lights? Otherwise good simple interface and good options to interact with. The automation is precise and useful.
