When I sign in to the app it says Welcome Back Then it asks me to sign in with my mobile number, then it says it doesn’t recognize that number.

How to fix BBB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BBB app on iPhone
Update BBB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BBB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BBB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BBB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BBB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BBB app issues:

Force Stop the BBB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BBB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BBB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BBB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BBB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BBB.

Fix BBB unable to contact server/ BBB internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BBB » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BBB » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BBB on android.
