I just want to know if cardtonic is now scamming people with their money because i can't see any reason why i can't login my acct, yes i need an explanation or i will go online today and tell everyone about this fucking platform that it's a scam believe me i will do it, i withdraw 30k last night and till now i haven't seen the money and i can't login my acct that means cardtonic is now scamming people with their money

How to fix Cardtonic app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cardtonic app on iPhone
Update Cardtonic app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cardtonic iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cardtonic on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cardtonic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cardtonic Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cardtonic not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cardtonic App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cardtonic » click [Force Stop]

Update Cardtonic to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cardtonic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cardtonic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cardtonic.

Fix Cardtonic unable to contact server/ Cardtonic internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cardtonic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cardtonic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cardtonic
