Cardtonic is ripping cards now

For the past years, Cardtonic have been doing well;
But since 2022 the experience has been nothing to write about, they ripped cards and tell you story, cut off the amount and give you what they wish, just different nonsense…..is it that they have employed thief, scammers to work with them or they’re doing it just because they’ve make fame .
This is the fifth times; I’m deleting my account and this useless app now…Goodbye fools, called Cardtonic

I made a transaction of #49,000 to my account. It shows the card trade was completed and paid but I can't find the account transaction and the account number in the account details and history.
