How to fix Fizz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fizz app on iPhone
Update Fizz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fizz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fizz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fizz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fizz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fizz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fizz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fizz » click [Force Stop]

Update Fizz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fizz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fizz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fizz.

Fix Fizz unable to contact server/ Fizz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fizz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fizz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
