The main reason I got the app was to track my shipping. First of all, I received no tracking updates for over a week. Not on the website or app and both PostNord and my local carrier have a status of waiting to receive the items from the sender. I sent an email to support which has yet to be responded to. I was pretty excited when I found this company as I’m new to crocheting, but I kind of annoyed at this point and wish I could have cancelled my order. Hopefully I have enough yarn so I don’t have to reorder because it definitely feels like they are going to miss my delivery window (which isn’t as major an issue as the fact there was no communication from the company). I may update my rating but as of right now I will be looking for an alternative company to purchase from.
