Shipping to US

The main reason I got the app was to track my shipping. First of all, I received no tracking updates for over a week. Not on the website or app and both PostNord and my local carrier have a status of waiting to receive the items from the sender. I sent an email to support which has yet to be responded to. I was pretty excited when I found this company as I’m new to crocheting, but I kind of annoyed at this point and wish I could have cancelled my order. Hopefully I have enough yarn so I don’t have to reorder because it definitely feels like they are going to miss my delivery window (which isn’t as major an issue as the fact there was no communication from the company). I may update my rating but as of right now I will be looking for an alternative company to purchase from.
Bugs need fixing

I loved the hobbii app, but for the past 6 months I have had nothing but issues. I see more on the webpage than I do on the app. I can not scroll through the sales, without the app setting me back to the beginning. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it so many times. Logged out and logged back in. Please fix the issues.

I love the selection of items on the Hobbii website so I got the app. But every time I try to use the app it spontaneously shuts down. It never stays open more than a few seconds before it does this. So I guess I’ll stick with the site and hope the app gets the attention required to fix it.
