Maybe a scam

Residents of our city received a postcard with a QR code leading to this app, saying it was the way to get notifications, report problems, and stay up to date with the city’s official info. It took a few days, but the city’s social media announced it didn’t know who had sent the postcard, nor what their intentions were, but it was NOT anything official. Be wary and check before installing!
