Can't log in and now way to ask to reset my password 🥴

Can’t log in, though my credentials are correct (they are working in web-version of CareLink perfectly). Please, fix this!!!

I have been trying to get into the account for 30 minutes. The two factor authentication process isn’t working. It sends me a number but that number never unlocks GuardianMonitor . I’m so frustrated and at my wit’s end.

It used to work great then all the big updates happened and now it’ll take 1,2 maybe 3 hours to catch-up on my watch. What’s the point of having it on your watch when the only way to refresh it is to pull out you phone? iPhone is a bit quicker. It’s not worth it to me anymore.

I hope this is an easy fix and I can change this up from 1-star. But, I can’t login because my account requires me to enter a code sent to my cellphone. GuardianMonitor doesn’t allow for this and…..I’m stuck.

It does not get any better than this for remote monitoring of Medtronic 700 series pumps.

I've been so disappointed for so long with Medtronic's woeful app development. Guardian Monitor adds features that I've been hoping for.

Being able to see my CGM data on my watch as a complication is so appreciated, thank you!

Finally an option to work with Medtronic! Thank you!

A few suggestions :

A longer snooze for highs (my son only corrects every 2 hours for his highs)

Can’t seem to log in keeps giving me error codes and when I try to log in to many times I am email saying I’m logged out

I’ve been a Medtronic user for over a decade.. I’m very slow to update with the times but I’m enjoying the real time data from using the Guardian CGM. I love the idea of having a watch app so I can easily check my sugars at work, on the go, etc. I am beyond grateful to the creator of GuardianMonit... Show more or for sharing this with us. I also followed the tips to get started- delete your 2 step authentication in CareLink by making a new username.. make sure to log on when your sensor is connected to GuardianMonitor , not in warm up, calibration, etc. Join the facebook group!!

I’ve been struggling with burnout in the last year and my A1C’s have been running pretty high. So I am so so excited to have this in my health routine to be more aware of my blood sugars.

I have waited over 50 years for a way of viewing my blood glucose on my wrist. Dexcom has figured this out, but for some reason Medtronic is sorely deficient in making any progress towards that end. With GuardianMonitor, I can now view my BG on my Apple Watch. You do have to turn off your 2 ste... Show more p verification security settings on your Carelink account and even Medtronic tech couldn’t tell me how to do that so I had to create a new log in with that factor NOT turned on. Also this widget will only show up as an option on certain watch faces in the watch face gallery, but that’s minor compared to the joy GuardianMonitor has brought to me and many other Medtronic wearers. Many THANKS to the programmer. We now have a facebook page for users, which enables those who need help setting it up to ask questions.

I was thrilled when I learned of an app to see my blood glucose on my Apple Watch 7, and I am not disappointed. Kacper Rychlinski has done the T1D community a great service. Innovations such as this are how we move forward and achieve an ever-improving quality of life.

I appreciate being able to review graphs to see the individual delivery amounts of each 5 minute microbolus. It helps me understand the nuances of how the algorithm is adapting to me and changing with different settings adjustments.

Works great on my iPhone 12 and Apple Watch series 4. It’s amazing that one guy can create this while Medtronic offers nothing, even though users have been begging for a watch app.

I never hear of feel my pump’s alarms at night. The official Medtronic phone app is somewhat better for that,... Show more but still not loud enough. GuardianMonitor solves that problem and I don’t think I’ll be spending hours sleeping with a BG below 50 mg/dl anymore because I didn’t hear the alerts.

i can't seem to log in - i keep getting error messages in spite of using the carelink lo in details. Any advice please?
