I actually work at rotolos and I constantly have problems with this app. The rewards and promotions need to be fixed. They are so glitchy. I had hundreds orders today messed up because of this app (pi day). Rewards or discounts aren’t applied to the cart. If you redeem on one page, but not at checkout, the offer disappears and there is no way to apply the offer again. It’s just so finicky. I can’t redeem offers like I should be able to. Also, half of the time, the QR codes don’t work and they show no offer available in Toast, even though I’m literally looking at the coupon. Then once you click off of the coupon redemption screen, it’s gone forever whether it was successfully applied or not.

I downloaded the app because their website mentioned being able to use rewards. Two awards were available for my account. The website states, “In App: To redeem rewards, go to checkout and click “Apply Rewards”. Select the offer you would like to use and it will be applied to the order.” Well, “Apply Rewards” was not an option at checkout. It simply had me select payment and “Pay Now.” I noticed the Promo Code option allowed scanning QR codes, so I redeemed one of the rewards to obtain the code, but when I tried scanning it as a Promo, it didn’t work. Also, when you add items to your shopping cart, it briefly flashes a description of what you selected with the option to “Continue Shopping.” What’s the point of this, if the message doesn’t even stay on the screen long enough to read properly, much less to actually click the link to “Continue Shopping”?
