I paid for the trip scooter wasn't working but was tirned on , i literally tried it for couple of seconds to make it work but it was broken, canceled the trip still got charged, this is money theft
No safety for pedestrians

I don’t think safety of pedestrians is part of this whole idea.
My son was hit by this jet scooter in Kazakhstan. So, I would like to terminate the renting in my country.
Feel free to escalate this to the corresponding authorities, but you as app owners are accountable too.
Servers always down

80% of the time I have to make between 3 and 7 app restarts and wait up to a minute every time for it to load to start a ride. Same with ending a ride.
