The WIX owner app is working on my phone but stopped working two days ago on my iPad. I deleted the app and reloaded it and it’s still not working. When you click on the app the white WIx screen comes up for a second and then immediately disappears.

As above my Wix owner app on my iPhone is not working for myself or my staff member. It is just the white screen with the Wix logo, no options. I see this has been happening for others for days now.

My wedding website is still in the draft stage but when I am trying to edit everything is very zoomed in so I can only see about a quarter of the screen. This is in the editing section - it appears as normal in the ‘preview section’ but this has made it incredibly difficult to edit the site. Please help! I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve created other websites and they aren’t doing it, it’s just my draft wedding site that I’ve put a lot of time into!
