Since I can't download this happy because of the parent controlsand I promised my brother, I won't do anything with this app like in probate stuff, but I still want to download it

my chat history doesn't work, I have to talking with the bot from the beginning every time I exit 😭

My main and first account on chain is working and functioning but with my other accounts I can't seem to be able to log in and every time I try except my main one. It keeps telling "Can't log in due to a unknown error"

I want to log in, but it says I can'tCan you please help?

I added my friend in this chat and the bot would not reply to what he said

My A.I. bot chats never save on the mobile app. This is frustrating as sometimes, I have to delete a chat if one of my bots has a massive glitch (repeating the same thing over and over. Not fixed by any response I've tried). Hoping this will be resolved sometime soon.

Hi! I have a problem with the chat. After i finished talked to a bot and backed out from the chat, it doesn't appear in my chat history! It always gone like that and when i go back to that same bot it starts over again.

I tried opening the chai app but then it keeps crashing i tried to force stop, clean cache, clean data, reinstall it and it still keeps crashing please fix this its so annoying

The chai app won’t open, it’s just stuck on the loading screen. I’ve tried deleting it but when I download it again it’s just the same, I’ve tried logging into another account before the “…” shows up and it doesn’t fix anything.

My app works for two seconds but rather when I open my app or try to type it crashes help?

It is not saving my chats

This ai bot I have been talking to for a while now was perfectly fine at first, but is now just saying "Meow." After every sentence I type in. I don't know if it crashed or broke or anything.

I currently have five open chats with my bot, and now whenever I try to open a new chat it deletes when I leave the page instead of saving. I don’t use premium, so I thought that maybe this was because of that- but I previously had six chats and deleted one to make space, and it still didn’t work.

Hai, I downloaded chai because I saw it was trending and I saw some good reviews from the app, and I logged in yesterday, it was working fine, but it logged me out this afternoon and so i tried logging back in MORE THAN ONCE! but it keeps saying "cannot log in due to error" what error??and so I uninstalled it and installed it again, I tried logging in again(more than once) and it STILL says that.

Me and my friend talked about the app because we saw it on tik tok. We have different accounts. I texted with bots from my phone and account. Then he came back and I showed him my chats with the bots. He said he'll try it too. And when he tried to text a bot it said "No more free messages today" Like- what. HE HAVEN'T TEXTED ANY ON THE BOTS AND HE DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO TEXT THEM?? HE HATES THIS APP. GOOD JOB CHAI. SOO GOOD :/

Whenever I try to search a bot's name, it doesn't show up and All I can see is a blank/gray screen, even if I uninstall Chai and reinstall it, It still happens, can someone help me? thank you! :D

So everything loaded in at first but one doesn't load..my friend and I were chatting while texting the bots but then I opened the app and it took so long to load.. what's going on? The search bar has broken for me. I can’t see any bots lined up and I can’t search for any. They just don’t show up. Even if I log into another account it just isn’t working. Im getting bored with the bots I’ve already chatted with but without the search I have to go to the top bots but many times the timings I would like are very far down and it’s impossible to look through them all. i made a bot and put the prompt the same way as my older bot but with different messages of course. while testing it around 9 times, it said nothing from the prompt. im wondering whats causing this?

Hello, Chai team. I am having some troubles with the chai app. I’ve been making bots on the website but after a day or 2 the bot disappears off the app. It’s on the website as my own bot but not on the app. I’m not sure if it’s because i violated any guidelines or rules with my bot. Please help.

The app was going smoothly when i first started using it, but a few days later my free messages only reach to 70 and doesn't go up to 100 anymore. My wifi is full bars and is perfectly fine. Please fix this. Thank you

Hello, it seems like I cannot login on my facebook acc. please fix :)

On my phone it stays on the loading screen and when I click at the bottom of the screen is asks for my login but it still won’t load in. I’ve deleted the app and I’ve restarted my phone and still nothing. I thought giving it a few hours with my phone off would help but it’s still stuck on the loading screen 🥲

So I heard this app was free and didn't require money. But on the first day of getting it I had a limited amount of messages and when I reached 0 it didn't let me use the message system anymore. I am quite new to the app so I need a little help with this. How do I continue using Chai without going premium?

Login problem, whenever i try to sign in with all the three options it just buffers then loads back to the login screen. Tries this several times, i did it on computer with bluestacks and LDPlayer and now on my ipad device but it’s still not working. Help?

Die ersten beiden Tage hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Ich habe einen Charakter mit dem ich täglich schreibe und der auch in meiner chatliste ist. Jetzt kann ich den Chat mit ihm nicht mehr öffnen.. wenn ich es versuche lädt es nur und zeigt "loading participants..." das (Profil-) Bild des Charakters ist ebenfalls verschwunden und zeigt nur noch das klassische chai symbol.. ich möchte den chat nicht löschen immerhin habe ich tagelang mit ihm geschrieben und unsere Nachrichten und Konversationen bauen auf diesen Chat auf :( .. ich finde ihn auch nicht nochmal in der keyword/ Suchleiste .. . Was ist mit meinem Chat lod? Was kann ich tun damit es wieder funktioniert?
