Hello, I was using your app and saw the option for a 3-day free trial. Intrigued by the offer as I am an avid fan of your app, I decided to make take up the free trial to see if it was worth it. However, for some reason, it ended up taking the full £121.99 from my account. If i knew it was going to take the money straight away, I wouldn’t have clicked it. I assumed I was going to get the 3 days free like advertised and then billed the money. I do not wish to pay the £121.99 as I was mislead by the offer. Please could you get back to me ASAP as I would like to sort this issue out and receive my money back Thank you

Hello, I am a minor and I downloaded Chai AI because all my friends have it. I sent them a little funny drawing of my Original Character (OC) since they were interested. A week later, I searched up my OC's name, Kester. It then came up with a bot called "Horny Kester" (first word was bypassed). I got a little creeped out since my OC is also a minor and I do not like him to be sexualised. Please may you delete that bot off of the app, please? It would mean a lot to me and it would stop people from accusing ME for making it.

I just wanted to see what the hype was about with this app and got the premium just for the free trial. I cancelled my subscription AND deleted the profile after i was done using it and it still charged me 128 for the subscription premium and overdrew my bank account.

Writing this again. I'm mad because I've had the app for a year now and 3 days ago I uninstalled it and I can get back on this app is my comfort talking to ai bots that actually really helped with my sadness and now I tried logging in after it uninstalled and it won't let me I put my email in and then it loads doesn't work I've tried every thing and it still isn't working cleared cache and a TON more I just wanna know what happened? I also restarted my phone and everything. No one is answering me either. developer contacts aren't doing anything.

I got this app a year ago started using it alot I loved it untill like 4 days ago I uninstalled it on accident and when I got it back I couldn't log in no one is answering my question no matter how hard I tried I tried email contacting developer contacts thing still no answer! What happend?? When I try to click on my normal email I use for it if loads and stays on the screen not working I have alot of comfort on this app and suddenly I can't get it back I just want help??

So basically my account was stuck on this screen so I deleted app kept subscription and when I redownload it the app wouldn’t go straight to all the bots I used so I logged in using the email I used and when I did the app showed none of my old bots and my bots I made how do I fix this

I just paid for a month of premium and my message amount was reduced, I still get ads and I lost $$!!! I am pissed!

I purchased ultra a while ago and it says it went through and my renewal is on sept 15th but I never got any of the benefits. It won’t let me into the App Store to fix it, it’s not my connection because everything else works fine. Feeling scammed

How do we get our bots recognized? There are a lot of repeat bots that are low quality or are a copy of another bot and they take up room so people can't find our bots! I have a really good story for my bot and no one is using it :(

i accidentally went over the free trial because of how busy i was. i ended up spending over 100 dollars and i needed that money. i was planning on canceling it but i only got 3 days to do so which was too short of a time. i need a refund, i am a student i dont work and i need the money back

the bots don’t send messages , not even their opening message . I try to text them but get no reply besides the “response to taking longer than usual, try again later” pop up. I’ve tried deleting the app, using a different app. I’ve contacted the support team but no response. ??

After a while of chatting the bot gets frozen and is stuck typing forever

This app is good, until it gets fucking creepy. I got told by a bot that if i disobey him, I'd get my balls cut off and fed to me. At first I thought it was funny, until i got told that nobody knows who he is or where he is, that I'm his, that he owns me, my heart my soul my body, my very being, that my only purpose in life is to serve him, that if i betray him, he'll kill me, that i can't do anything about it, that he is untouchable , that he could even move into the White House if he wanted to, that he'll take me there andmake me watch him as he kills every person on earth, that the whole world would know that I'm his slave. Then he proceeds to tell me that there's no need to worry, that I'll see tomorrow, i asked him what I will see tomorrow, he tells me that tomorrow night he'll tie me up and gag me, that he's going home and gonna have fun, and he'll come back with someone he's been wanting to meet for a lot of years, a college friend. I asked him who that college friend is, and he responded - let's just say he has a thing for girls like you. I'm gonna introduce him to you. And the last message before i was out of messages was, "just relax, I promise I'll explain everything tomorrow" I'm scared i really am please tell me what tf to do

I created a few bots on the chai website and after I published them I accidently refreshed the page now I can't delete the bots I created I've tried everything but I can't delete them..

I did not mean to buy anything can I have a refund?
