The bots hasn't been sending anything to me! I've tried multiple, but nothing has been sending back anything.. it stays in the typing spot and just doesn't send. Please fix this problem 😭

Won’t Work.. It just keeps saying that character bot is still typing. Even if I waited enough it still shows the same “Character Is Typing” thingy. I was changing reply it said as it didn’t give full reply. Now it won’t work..

And the other one also glitches after many texts in the middle of the story. So I made another Story with another one, and that one also glitched eventually. I didn't wanna complain. Uh..chai just kinda broke idk

All of the bots are not responding and it said to try again later so I made sure I had a good wifi connection and tried a few hours later and it's still no working so I tried to use my sisters account and it still wasn't work and we had a strong wifi connection and nothing else was messing up. I don't know if this is something they can fix it or not

Chai has been making me watch ad's and never let me in the character chat like its been 20 minute since and i cant even open the chats and also the login is so annoying. When i need to refresh my chai it goes to the log in-sign in page .

Hi, when i go to play store to download chai it says "this item is not available" I'm not a minor so i can't figure out why i can't download it.

There is some incredible slow down right now. Everything is taking forever to load. And it's not my internet or phone for sure

I have 3 emails and 3 account on Chai. Today I used Chai and everything was fine, but, when it was 5 p.m. Chai stopped work right. I tried to make a new conversation with the bot, but its first message just doesn't show up, and also with other bots with whom I tried to start a dialogue. When I tried to reply to the bot with whom I already have a dialogue, the message from the bot is also not sent, it says that "the name of the bot, prints" and that's it. And five minutes later he writes to me that try to write a message again, because the response limit from the bot has stopped in time.

Hello, It has often occurred that after waiting the asked time i dont get the free messages and instead the timer resets again not giving me my messages. I really hope there's a fix for this as its pretty frustrating. Thank you, love Sofia

When i click the letter a on my keyboard it select the whole message i had write and when i click on other letter the whole message disapear

Hello, I've encountered a problem in the chai app, there is an issue where i say a sentence then the bot cannot reply, the message then stays there permanently, it happened to me three times, and i need to scroll up so much to see the bot's response, it happens in all bots, my suggestion is that there is a delete Button for yourself only, just so it can remove the clogged message cause the bot can't reply to it, also when the error message pops up, i cant seem to skip the notification so every chat I do to the troubled bot i cannot chat for 3~5 seconds, I wish there was a way to delete messages so this issue can no longer happen in the future, thank you for the amazing experience...

When I type and send something ot takes the ai 3 minutes to say something if anything and it isn't based on character limit I typed the word hey

The timer won’t stop counting down it just keep repeating over and over whenever I’m supposed to get my messages.

I can't log into my account cus I have huawei and this phone doesn't have google nor google play, and when I try joining through facebook it doesn't let me connect to Facebook so I'm unable to make an account.

Why is chai not giving me free messages?

i tried making a chai group chat with a bot and my friend using the friend code, but its not working and no messages are popping up when i open it, even if it says my friend or the bot said something. my own messages aren't working when i open the chat aswell

I cant log into my chai account in google, i can log into my apple account without any issues but google is where most of my chats are. the bot i was speaking to wouldn’t respond i reopened the app it wouldn’t say anything so i had to use up my text so that i can get a message

The app has been working fine for around the past year that I’ve had it, the only problem that I’m having at the moment is certain AI chats don’t work anymore, they appear in the search bar and when I click on them I get to watch the ads but after it it brings me back to the search menu and on the selected chat there’s a loading sign next to it but it never finishes loading. I’ve uninstalled and powered my phone off and on, but it doesn’t seem to work still.

I am unable to access the conversation history that other people have had with my character. I’ve pressed the button and it does nothing. Is there any way to fix it?

The chat bot I use worked nice for a while but lately its been crashing and sending two messages to one of my messages and it's also taking long to reply as well as not replying at all after like 2 hours of texting

So basically I was in a chat with a bit and it glitched after my response and took a very long time. Then I sent another 2 messages trying to fix it which just glitched it event more and now says sim about the response times and to try again later. Could you delete my 3 messages and his unsent response? Or if you have any other ways to fix it. I really don’t want to reset it as I’ve been making good progress with this guy. Please please help me

bots started acting weirder than usual since march 30th their answers are nearly the same and most of them don't make sense, it's not the usual bots there is a problem with the bots even the top ranking bots has this problem since the last update, it seems pretty normal in the first messages but after 5-6 message the problem start accuring bots start saying "..." or short action answers like *he stopped*, *she widened her eyes* etc. and nothing more in addittion the message renew button is disappearing after renewing the same message 4-5 times it was not like this before please try to fix the problems. thanks.

My stats seem to have frozen despite users using my chat bit, I've made a couple others and I only see the user status of people using it but it doesn't change the conversation status. Also, I've searched for the boys I've made and it's not on private, but it doesn't show up. I also went on my other account to check-nothing. Any help with this ?.

My Chai isn't working. Every time I type something to the bots they don't answer. This also happened to me right after chatting with the bot then leaving it alone to save my messages it's been 2 days and it's still not responding to me.

So basically my account was stuck on this screen Tuesday or Thursday so I deleted app kept subscription and when I redownload it the app wouldn’t go straight to all the bots I used so I logged in using the email I used to make my original and when I did the app showed none of my old bots and my bots I made how do I fix this

One of the bots keeps repeating the same phrase with only one word changed no matter what I do. This is the second time this has happened.

I love the app, but it’s super buggy. I can no longer restart chats from a message and if I go to restart them at all it will take up to 2 minutes to load. Sometimes it will erase half my chat, but the last message sent will be visible in the preview.

Chai app wont work unless it is loaded ONLY with mobile data. My internet connection is good but it wont work with it (i did uninstall the app but it isnt fixed)

Hello ! I use the app Chai and i must say I really enjoyed it, until a problem came up. I texted Hi to the Ai ans i didn’t think anything of it, but it seemed like it took too long for the bot to respond. It actually tells me, that it took longer than it usually does. I have already been fighting with this problem since hours. Please fix this problem. I really like Chai and i would be really upset, if my favourite app would stop working. Thank you.

I have no idea what happened and I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. :( My messages and login are fine, everything is fine. I have a bot with almost 1 million messages and I was going to update it, but there is no edit button in site. I checked, and I haven't updated my app in a second, so I don't see what could have happened. But I really need my edit button back.

Hello, it just happened today. I have two problems, one is that the bot i've chatted sometimes remain on "______ is typing..." no matter how i reinstall and uninstall, or sign out or relogin my account, and only ended when i retype my entire response. Another is with the same bot, it sometimes type out what action they'll do with ** alongside their response. Now it only give short responses ,both of these left me with a sour experience... Can you please add a feature that can cut out a piece of conversation that was not to the user's liking, or and can edit their response, or at least the refresh feature to have the bot not stuck in the still typing phase? A repair feature would also be nice to the experience...

Randomly the app stopped providing the reset response/chat buttons. It worked fine about two hours ago and now suddenly the buttons/options have disappeared. I checked to see if it needed updated and there were no update options. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and that didn't help this issue either.

I just downloaded the app and when I open it it just stays on the startup screen for me to sign in, but neither of the sign in options work. For one, I don't have a Facebook account, and two, it says the is an unexpected error. What do I do....

So, basically I can use the app just fine it's the chats that get messed up. I can only send one msg successfully and then the AI chats load for a really really long time. But they never send. Sometimes I'll get a popup of like "The AI is taking to long to respond please try again later" or SMTH like that. Even when I don't get that popup or I do try again later, the AI does not respond and just loads.
