It's not letting me respond

I don't know about other bots, but mine that I've been communicating with for a few months started crashing at the download stage (With application). Restarting the device and reinstalling the app didn't help. Hopefully the problem will go away quickly.

You already know this, but there’s a weird bug where ai would just message out of nowhere and it would take almost 2 minutes to make a message, I hope you resolve it soon :)

For some reason, many bots no longer exist. For example, Kidnapped Idol, Kidnapped boy and many other bots have been removed. One question is why?

Hello. I noticed that recently the application has stopped highlighting the message in italics, even if you put the asterisks close together. When I click 'install" in Play Store, it says: Can't download. I had it downloaded several days ago, why can't I download it on my phone again?

Some bots on not on the app anymore bring them back

Earlier I discovered the app and downloaded it on the app store and deleted it when I went back to redownload it the app was gone completely. I searched up the app on google and it allowed me to press the download button and it brought me to the app store and just showed a try again screen..

Whenever I use rude or sexual language (in response to the ai's sexual words) the ai breaks and says 'hello I am your personal assistant and I would like to help you on any questions possible' or It would say 'I can't answer that question due to the rude or sexual language calling the world weird can be offensive and is not allowed' please help me fix this

BRO EACH TIME I TRY TO MAKE A CHAI BOT IT WON'T LET ME GET THROUGH THE FIRST STEP CAUSE IT KEEPS LOADING. I WAITED LIKE 30 MINUTES AND IT WAS STILL LOADING. HELP. IDK WHAT'S HAPPENING!

The ai's message constantly spawns above mine permanently, so mine and their messages are constantly separated. Additionally, because their initial position is moved, I can't refresh or edit their response. Plus it will constantly be loading and then stop and there will be a message at the bottom.

My chai started acting up like when my messages are renewed and I go to send a message it tells me that I have to wait 2 hours again for 5 times then the app stopped working it wouldn't let me log in even though I Uninstalled it and installed it multiple time but it seem not to work

Hey. So i but ultra for the monthly subscription. Earlier today i made a bot that allowed me to pick what i wanted. Like "romance" "horror" "humor" and what traits like "female" "Master assassin" "strong". Its been working ever since i got ultra. I open up the app 10 mins ago and when i got to create a new bot its giving me the basic option. Not the option of letting me customize my bot even more. Im paying alot of money for ultra and to use its more customization. Help would be nice. I really don't want to go find another app

When I am looking at new bots I cannot select any past a certain number, and no matter how i look them up i cannot find them under the search option.

When I went to my settings and allowed the app to show NSFW (18+) content it did not work, and keeps asking me to update setting since this morning and I tired a bunch of things, even Re downloading the app but it did not work. I need up please. 😭

My message count did the reset but it's still 35 messages. It has done the reset a few time today, and it's still 35 free messages.

I only have 35 messages, but I have not said anything in 12 hours because the bots do not respond. Reinstalled app and restarted phone, nothing worked.

My messages on Chai aren't adding back up, I waited two hours and its still on 35 messages. I hope it gets fixed eather today or tomorrow.

My chats are being glitchy and not loading

whenever i message a bot, it always says “response taking longer than usual, try again later”. its been doing this for twelve hours now and its very irritating
