I'm so frustrated with FitRx. Half of the time it tells me that it can't find the device. The other half, it doesn't stay on for the alotted time. The device is subpar too. Doesn't hold a charge and when it does I only can do 5 min worth at a time. Just don't buy this brand.
I’ve actually been sitting here for over an hour trying to get it to work the little box won’t even turn off now and getting it connected don’t even think about that luxury this is what terrible looks like on a product
I can not get the device to consistently find my phone or iPad. The one time I got it to work, I turned it on, held it by my iPad when FitRx came up I selected the settings then reached behind me and attached it to the pads. Today even that doesn’t work.
Settings shows connection Bluetooth-device but when you go to FitRx it does not work which makes the device useless.
The unit works but FitRx doesn't. It worked once and now it won't switch massage choices. Just keeps doing the same one no matter which I choose.
The little contraption wouldn’t turn on or recognize FitRx . I threw it in the trash. It wasn’t worth my time to stand in line for a return. It will be the last time I purchase this brand.
Terrible….
The electrode massage circle thing only makes clicking sounds and nothing happens ..
Doesnt work dont waste your money
Well I bought it because of neck pain. Looking at the instructions it says not to use on the neck. Looking at the picture where you would need the it has the neck area. Well guess what…. It will not stay on my neck! The pads are too stiff and bow up and come off. This isn’t any good for me and I wish it hadn’t been misleading.
It might have been a good idea if it worked.
Ok so I just tried it on my leg… these pads aren’t strong enough to hold on to anything!!!!
Annoyingly when connected I have no sound because the device thinks it’s connected to headphones which has caused a few important missed calls also can’t do anything that involves sound so no music or videos unfortunately.
If you have a secondary device use that instead.
But too many times it’s not working - fully charged, blue light flashing, app won’t connect - I click on the model as I have been but no response from unit grrrr I had also emailed them when I first purchased and no reply - I’ll go back to wires
Works. However, when I increase the strength sometimes the screen swipes into the next menu leaving the controls and keeping the increase in voltage. Very poor design and could be damaging in some cases. Another one seems to be that it either freezes or doesn’t register my finger to go back down. These flaws make me concerned if there isn’t another one where it would go to max voltage. No direct evidence of this at this time. Using the device without FitRx however is a little strong but trustworthy.
I just bought this unit. IT works as stated. However FitRx need more work. You have all the space where the dial is and the words are too small. BIGGER FONT PLEASE.
In addition I am not able to have more than 1 pad at a time, unlike the wired completion
Once you realize that FitRx itself is basic with a lot of areas that need improvement, the unit works just fine. No it’s not as spectacular as a wired tens unit, but for a wireless alternative maybe when you travel or just driving to work, this is a decent device. Make sure to clean y’all’s skin and exfoliate - otherwise you’re not going to get a good conductivity and it won’t operate properly. Most of the previous reviews probably didn’t do what they were instructed to do and didn’t have the patience to read some instructions. Read the instructions thoroughly before use. That’s common sense but nowadays nobody has time for all that. Lol
I really enjoy the options and generally functionality of FitRx and product series. I really hope there is an update that makes the setting choices large than the current 2pt font size. I have to use a magnifying glass or accessibility zoom feature on iPhone to see what settings I am using. Other than that pretty functional.

Four stars due to missing a section in app yet shows very little description about core and pad placement in Booklet when purchasing the product. Otherwise, it’s a 5 star product for sure!!!! Just need to work out that little bit…would love recommended alterations in the meantime for core selection in app.
Connected immediately, no issues, so much easier than cycling through buttons
