I don’t know if it’s just me, but EVERY single time I want to log in to pay my bill, I have to change my password because it claims that my password (which I double check) is incorrect. I can even change my password in a browser, and then go to MiLUMA and input the new information, and it still claims that it’s wrong. I have to recover my account every time I want to pay.
I wish I could complain about having to log in every single time, but I can’t even get that far with it. Not to mention the customer support is practically non existent, as I have complained about this before.
I have to agree 100% with previous review. I can’t get thru either options. I also need to pay my elderly moms power bill. Never had any issues with the previous company. I would like to know how they expect people to pay through their website or app if it doesn’t work.
It literally doesn’t let you log in to your acct. WHY would you release an app that doesn’t work?
Don’t get me wrong I love the idea of having an app, but I’m so disappointed. First impressions matter and you just showed us you’re not prepared for this job.

MiLUMA is supposed to improve the process of viewing and paying my bill but I can't even register. MiLUMA has no instructions on how to register. It says that you can't create the account because of an internal error. Luma please fix this ASAP. I need to pay my bill.
PDF invoice can be viewed on phone or tablet but there’s no “share” icon to send PDF to email or to print. This is a bummer! this app website is often down and it’s very hard to access account if you wish to share your invoice. MiLUMA functioned better outside wifi connection.
Just downloaded MiLUMA so I can get familiar with it. I need to be able to see and pay my elderly mother's bill. I can't even create an account. Good grief! I thought AEE's website was crappy but at least I could see and pay her bill. If this is a sign of what Luma has to offer, Puerto Rico is going to be far worse...and I didn't think that could be possible. I mean, how long have you known you were going to screw the residents? At least you could get the frigging website/app to work properly.
By the way, will we EVER be able to rate an app with "zero stars"? Wondering because MiLUMA DEFINITELY deserves it.
Four months after having MiLUMA, I still can’t report power outages. MiLUMA has had multiple revisions, with little or no improvement. I also can’t save my bill in PDF from MiLUMA . Need to go online. It’s useless. Save the space on your mobile device.
After several attempts then I was able to create an account. Once registered, 1 out of 20 attempts to enter to MiLUMA were successful. LUMA, please figure out something soon! The web page is even worse! MiLUMA is not for fun, people need to have this online to pay bills!
I just spent a bunch of time registering my account on MiLUMA just to find out that it’s pretty useless! I’m unable to pay my bill online like I have for years with PREPA. To make matters worse I go to the webpage and I can’t reach the site ;(
Since I get no paper bill how am I supposed to pay my bill?

The on-line services along with MiLUMA for LUMA are a DISASTER. They are so bad that you are not even allow to PAY them! AEE was bad, but at least I was able to see the bill and pay the charges!
I know nothing about this company, but the MINIMUM that a profit-driven company must be able to do is take MONEY from their customers!

Se me va la luz y trato de entrar para dar un reporte y ese día no me funciona el app, necesito un bill de la luz y ese día no me funciona el app. Realmente no sirve. This is my second review MiLUMA DO NOT WORK AT ALL Right now I have an outage I can finally login into the account im going to report my outage and it do not let me do it because I don’t have internet connection. This is so absurd I have no idea who is te tech for MiLUMA but have 0 in common sense.
MiLUMA could be much better if you fix the login issue where you have to log in every single time. No option to remember the credentials, the Face ID doesn’t work correctly.

Since the new app has been downloaded each update has shown improvements which is good, but I’ll really like to be able to save or print a copy of the bill.
Useful to see accounts, bills, make payments but never can report an outage online for my account! Curiously can report my mom’s outage in her account but not mine in my account! Please fix!
Improvements are comming along. Many low ratings are from users that are not following the instructions on how to create an account!

Although I noticed some lack of features like signing in with touch id. Etc. App has been evolving for the better. There’s no loss of saved credentials between app updates and everything has been working relatively ok.

Me registré en la web , dice la aplicación que si ya estoy registrada solo entre al app con la misma información, lo hago y me dice que no estoy registrada , cuando me registro en el app dice que ya existe el registro ! Pues entonces??? Fatal !!

La aplicación no te permite accesar. Pero en la pagina web si. Si le escribes a soporte no contestan.

La aplicación no permite acceder con el email como nombre de usuario y en la página web si puedes acceder y no existe lugar para cambiar nombre de usuario, solo se puede cambiar email o password. Necesita corregir el acceso la app.
