I don’t know if it’s just me, but EVERY single time I want to log in to pay my bill, I have to change my password because it claims that my password (which I double check) is incorrect. I can even change my password in a browser, and then go to the app and input the new information, and it still claims that it’s wrong. I have to recover my account every time I want to pay.
I wish I could complain about having to log in every single time, but I can’t even get that far with it. Not to mention the customer support is practically non existent, as I have complained about this before.

Just downloaded this app so I can get familiar with it. I need to be able to see and pay my elderly mother's bill. I can't even create an account. Good grief! I thought AEE's website was crappy but at least I could see and pay her bill. If this is a sign of what Luma has to offer, Puerto Rico is going to be far worse...and I didn't think that could be possible. I mean, how long have you known you were going to screw the residents? At least you could get the frigging website/app to work properly.
By the way, will we EVER be able to rate an app with "zero stars"? Wondering because this app DEFINITELY deserves it.

Este app no sirve cuando realmente lo necesitas, aveces tengo acceso a mi cuenta y la mayoría de las veces me dice que no tengo cuenta, cuando si tengo una cuenta. Se me va la luz y trato de entrar para dar un reporte y ese día no me funciona el app, necesito un bill de la luz y ese día no me funciona el app. Realmente no sirve. This is my second review this app DO NOT WORK AT ALL Right now I have an outage I can finally login into the account im going to report my outage and it do not let me do it because I don’t have internet connection. This is so absurd I have no idea who is te tech for this app but have 0 in common sense.
