I chose to reorder from my last order. It was easy I checked the food and click order. After I didn’t get my order after a while then I checked out my order details. My original order was delivery but this new order somehow turned into a pickup order. When I was creating the order, It didn’t ask any confirmation or anything. It was supposed to be the same order. But no, they change the delivery order to pick up. There is no edit, cancel order options. I called the restaurant to talk someone and change the order to delivery. No luck. They said they can’t do anything. I need to cancel or change my order from the app. It was a dead end. Of course I didn’t have those options. Terrible experience!

I placed my order and everything went smoothly except my order took 45 minutes longer than the time that I was promised my order would be ready. Which meant it took an hour and a half for my order. There were people coming and going and when I asked about it they admitted at the restaurant that I should have called in my order directly to them. Also there were things listed on the take out menu that weren’t listed on the website or app. Like the stir fried eggplant. Finally although they apologized for the wait, they didn’t do anything to compensate me for it.

This app is absurd! It FORCES a tip for PICKUP or else the order does not go through! If you put ZERO as the tip, the order does not go through. It is a SNOW STORM and sub freezing weather today. I will walk through a storm to get my order and I must TIP!? For what? I am not dining in. No one is coming out in inclement weather to deliver the order to me. Why am I being forced to tip in order to place a TAKEOUT order?! Tipping is OPTIONAL. The app makes it compulsory! Others have complained about this in the reviews so the company is on notice. I personally informed the business when I called. Let’s make this practice go away. I am deleting this app straight away!!
