I did not receive a few items I had in my big order, I have tried to call customer service now for the past 4 days and there has not been any call back to any of my voicemails. I need to be refunded what I Paid and did not receive or at least compensated?

I ordered Mrbeast burger through Uber eats. Like most of the other people on here most of my food was wrong and I cannot get a hold of anybody including with Uber. So I paid extra for a bunch of stuff I didn't get. Zero stars definitely will tell everybody I know that this place a mess.

Ordered beast burger. The order was messed up and now not one person can help me be refunded for expensive things that I never received. Plus my two burgers were not made the way we ordered them. The burger itself was good but, there is nothing on the app to get refunded. Does anyone know how to get this resolved?

I saw what the food looked like and I was like that looks really good so I ordered some food and it looked exactly like the pictures I was impressed then I tasted the food and was no longer impressed while it looked amazing the patty melt was flavorless as was the cheese on it but the real problem was the beast fries not only were the fries mosty overcooked and all the pickles and cheese pumped together in one spot instead of spread throughout the fries as good as it looked it was the complete opposite over priced small portions and extremely bland food I do not understand how you do business with such sad products .

Being a big fan of Mr Beasts in general I decided to try out their new food chain. I ended up getting only half my order and the half I did get was.stone cold. I know things are tough for everyone during the pandemic but I couldn't even get refunded for the half my order that I didn't get. It's only 20 bucks but still you would think.they would want to make it right especially since I spend money on their merch as well!!

Visiting Florida from Canada. App would not accept postal code, so tried Grub Hub. Took 2 hours to connect as kept getting message that store was not receiving orders. Finally, able to order, paid and within 10 minutes the order was cancelled. Due to 2 desperate grandsons, I tried again. Got our order 4 hours later, with several items missing. Definitely won't recommend or do it again...too much money and time spent.

Placed an order ($50+) when I went to pick it up we were told the kitchen was busted. When asked how to cancel an order the person just said o that has to be done online. No way to cancel. I got no food, so I want my money back

I emailed and called the number provided for support (which is not in service), and I still have heard nothing back. My card was charged $36 and I got nothing. I went to pick up my food and they said they were shocked the order even went through since they don’t sell the burgers anymore and my money would be refunded. It’s been over a week now and no refund or response. Please someone get back to me.

I use recieved my order of mr. beast burger. First time my kids loved it. They we’re so excited. This time it was awful. Food was cold. The French fries tasted like rubber. I’m so sad that this happened . We always get excited for mr beast burger and sadly I will have to order elsewhere next takeout night . I ordered 2 combos with seasoned fries and soda for each through uber eats. Come to find out this Italian restaurants started selling Mr beast burger during covid but they do not have delivery. So Uber eats customer service is closed now and I'm out 38 bucks for 2 cheeseburgers. Ridicoulous. At least the Italian restaurant who messed up my order said they were going to send me a $20 gift card to their restaurant and were very professional over the phone. So let's wait and see. But the burgers are really good.

Ordered 2 of their Beast Burger 'Smash Burgers' meals from the Brio Restaurant in Partridge Creek, MI and received what looked like two ice cold hockey pucks on a bun. This was not a smash burger in any sense of the word. The edges of the burger was nothing but bun, while the center was an inch thick piece of overcooked cold meat. On top of it we ordered 2 Diet sodas and 1 regular soda and they gave us 3 regular sodas, and we ordered 1 regular fry and 1 'beast' fry but they gave us 2 regular fries that were also ice cold. Finally the app said that our order would be ready in 20 minutes, but Brio kept us waiting there for over 50 minutes and yet still everything was ice cold. I spent over $31.00 for these 2 burger combos and I would very much like to get my money back.

We placed 2 orders on the same night to the Des Moines Ave location in Chicago, because the driver canceled both times. After the second time the driver told us the restuarant didn't exist. The food truck it was being sent to didn't even make burgers. Tried calling the restuarant and its an automated system that disconnects. Now I have been charged twice, and they stole my card info and I have charges all over the place now. Please call me 918-564-1803. Please shut down that location on your website before it ruins your reputation and ruins a good thing.

We are very disappointed. And I I'm only asking for you to make things right. We ordered two burgers and two orders of fries. We got one burger that was not made correctly. We didn't get the other burger at all. My kids were very disappointed as they were looking very forward to it. We are even halfway across the country and we're excited to find you. I feel as if you need to make this up to us somehow. Can you resend our order please. Or give us a credit for free future order. I would really appreciate it if you made this right.

I ordered from the Alpharetta store on Haynes Bridge, when I picked up order luckily I looked it was cold fries with just meat on top not Beast fries, also missing an order, they redid the order, got home the 4th order of beast fries were frozen in the middle, I won’t order again and have a pretty large following too.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 2:30 to be delivered for 5:30. The food didn't show up until after 7pm and it was cold, and sloppy. I didn't get my collector cup and they gave me a zero sugar sprite. I paid $40 for two burgers, fries, a soda and TERRIBLE service. NEVER AGAIN. Not only that but when I tried to get a refund the delivery company said I have to contact Mr Beast Burgers directly, but there's no way to do that.

Terrible experience with 2 different locations in Seattle

I would never do this again after traveling 40 minutes to get a burger the WiFi wouldn’t go through and couldn’t order. Turned around and tried again at a new place a few weeks later. The order wasn’t ready, then after waiting 20 minutes the order was wrong. Cook threw out the food that was wrong. Then, we paid extra for Mr Beast fries, they were plain. This was the worst experience I have ever had and never worth driving another 40 minutes. I think if you are advertising such a great product, your food trucks and locations should be responsible to actually make them the way they were ordered. The cook said, “I never read the comments”. My kids were starving and unfortunately no one was happy eating their supposably amazing burgers since they all had things in them that were NOT ordered. Why have comments if they aren’t read? Too bad we love a great burger but our family won’t do this again!

Just terrible

Food is definitely not as advertised and pretty expensive for a mediocre burger joint that has its own app but still use DoorDash to deliver. My burger patty was not remotely crispy, it looked steamed and the color was grey. The guacamole in the burger was tiny, let’s put it this way, if I were to order a burrito bowl from Chipotle it’d still have more guacamole for the same exact price and taste fresh. Fries were so horrendous. It was soggy mess plus they forgot my extra addition to the fries but still kept my money. I could potentially just walk up to a McDonald’s order a large fries, then add my own toppings of melted slice of cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chopped grilled onions, add a dollop of ketchup and Mayo; and it would be still cheaper than this unholy mess they call fries. I’m guessing they don’t really do quality checks anymore because if I was making for my guest I would be aghast and ashamed that I charged money for this hot garbage. Never again, fool me once shame on me, fool me twice.... well that’s never going to happen.

Do not order in SA

We ordered from MrBeast Burgers through the app in San Antonio, TX. A word of advice to anyone thinking of ordering from MrBeast Burgers in San Antonio: Don’t, just don’t. We ordered our food and drove twenty minutes across town because they did not deliver to our location. When we arrived, the address was a car body shop with one food truck that looked out of place. The food truck was not labeled as MrBeast Burgers, but NTFB or something on those lines, and so we called the number listed through the app. The phone service automated answering reply had no indication that it was affiliated with MrBeast Burgers. We pressed one for English and were connected with a representative. The woman on the phone almost seemed apologetic when we told her we were in a car body shop and the food truck we saw was the correct one. We go up to the food truck and see them immediately throwing a batch of fries in the trash. We tell them our name and they don’t have our order. They stated that since we ordered through the app that it did not show up on their screens and it would be another 20 minutes. They compensated us for our time with sub-par cookies but the food was terrible! Burgers overloaded with mayonnaise and onions. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had from an app, food truck, or basically anywhere. I wish I could get my money back but the app has no customer service contact information.
