My app won’t open, it just keeps loading. This started happening recently, it’s only opened about twice in the last couple of days

App keeps crashing App won't even load in I got to delete and get it back for it to load then then when I close it app and open it up agin it never loads in

I hit forgot password and the code I need won’t send but says sent

The first couple of inches of my L.E.D light strip is the correct color, while the rest of it is incorrect. for some reason when I looked into detail, I noticed that this only happened with the color blue. When the color blue is mixed with other colors, a small amount of the strip would be the correct color, while the rest of it would stay as a passive color (red/green solid). For example, If I chose the color pink, a large portion of the L.E.D lights would be red(as I said, red or green is always solid) while the small amount would be pink/the correct color, which is oddly strange. Luckily I have a second, but last roll available to me. Please fix this 😔😔😔.

One small section of the light strip is turning a different color from the rest of the lights. I need help troubleshooting them please.

My Keepsmile app can no longer find my device, no matter what I do.

Not sure why I was logged out but I don't remember my password and the forgot password button doesn't do anything. What code is it asking for?

I have a 50ft string of keepsmile strip lights. The first 10 ft works fine up to a point where you can see the raised, silver soldered connection. Then the next 8 lights (up to a cut location), stay red, or don't illuminate depending on the button pressed. After that, the remaining 38 ft doesn't illuminate at all. Is there a way to fix this?

I keep granting the app my location, yet it keeps asking for it. Please fix it.

One 50ft. roll only works with all colors in the first 6ft section. The other 80% of the strip will remain dark with the exception of the green color mode.

the lights won’t connect to my phone and i’ve tried restarting my phone and deleting the app.

My remote still works on the lights but my phone wont connect to the app anymore and wont let me control them from my phone. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting and reconnecting my bluetooth, nothing. it wont show my device in forgotton devices either so I dont know what to do

For weeks I have been trying to get logged in and it is saying my password is incorrect. So I went to reset it and it isn’t sending me a code to my emails like it’s saying it is. I NEED ANSWERS

I was logged out for an unknown reason and don’t remember my password. The “forgot password” button doesn’t do anything. So I don’t know what to do.

My LED lights are still stuck on red and I even followed the instructions on your guy's email but it still didn't fix the problem.

On my led lights the white light turns to link when I press it and the green doesn’t do full brightness and sometimes they change color on their own or dim on their own.
