led lights are working with the remote but when i go to use it on the app, it can’t find the device.

The first couple of inches of my L.E.D light strip is the correct color, while the rest of it is incorrect. for some reason when I looked into detail, I noticed that this only happened with the color blue. When the color blue is mixed with other colors, a small amount of the strip would be the correct color, while the rest of it would stay as a passive color (red/green solid). For example, If I chose the color pink, a large portion of the L.E.D lights would be red(as I said, red or green is always solid) while the small amount would be pink/the correct color, which is oddly strange. Luckily I have a second, but last roll available to me. Please fix this 😔😔😔.

I have a 50ft string of keepsmile strip lights. The first 10 ft works fine up to a point where you can see the raised, silver soldered connection. Then the next 8 lights (up to a cut location), stay red, or don't illuminate depending on the button pressed. After that, the remaining 38 ft doesn't illuminate at all. Is there a way to fix this?

One 50ft. roll only works with all colors in the first 6ft section. The other 80% of the strip will remain dark with the exception of the green color mode.
