Can’t log into the app. I put in my info and then it just goes to loading for an obscene amount of time. And then tells me my log in credentials are wrong. Checked everything on my end and it seems to be an issue with the app itself.

Update MyVTech Ba app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix MyVTech Ba on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyVTech Ba network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the MyVTech Ba App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyVTech Ba » click [Force Stop]

Update MyVTech Ba to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyVTech Ba App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyVTech Ba » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyVTech Ba.

Fix MyVTech Ba unable to contact server/ MyVTech Ba internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyVTech Ba » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyVTech Ba » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyVTech Ba
