- App does not continue until you delete the whole thing and then make you type each letter twice before it displays what you type

- Super protocol security and such a waste of time especially when you’re asking for verification codes from email addresses

- Can't save your passwords and login information on the iPhone

- Not very friendly user

app used to work, then it started needed to be reset between scans and now it won't scan at all.

To resolve The 99 Store network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the The 99 Store App
1. On android, goto Settings » The 99 Store » click [Force Stop]

Clear The 99 Store App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The 99 Store » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The 99 Store.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The 99 Store » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The 99 Store » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The 99 Store
