Hii, so I paid the $20 to start using the app for the first month but right after I made my payment, it crashed & now when I go to the app go use it, it’s TRYING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN!! I just want to get what I’ve already paid for. It was thru my wallet/ Apple Cash on my iPhone. Please help me!!

Why did you took my $29.99 without permission? Before delete app and cancel dancebit a months ago. You're trouble money from my bank. Again do not withdrawal my money from bank period. I sue you at the court. I did called you twice times as left messages . i am very upset that you didn't respect me!!!

I paid for a 6 month subscription program at 59.99$ and the apps didn't recognize my subscription when I log in. They ask me to pay 9.99/week to continue to use the apps.
