I am echoing what others have said here and it is not OK to not do you people right with money and for something that they show interest in and want to try out for a fun healthy activity. Taking someone’s money without their agreement does not help one’s health, so it’s counteractive to even begin to get this app when being charged and repeatedly, so and the money being charged as up very quickly, do a very high amounts., they are by creating much stress and again causing one’s health to suffer. I just recently attempted to get the Dancebit trial, and it is fine if I am charged once the trial is up, but I am positive that I put in an option for what to be charged if I did not cancel my subscription after the trial period ended… and regardless should be able to cancel it at any time especially after the money is being automatically debited without my consent. Please give me a call (my number is 214-491-8901) if necessary in addition to an email reply promptly to indicate how I am to go about canceling my subscription for Dancebit because I do not work a full-time salaried job right now, and I cannot afford to keep getting charged repeatedly, and I honestly don’t really have much time on my hands to use the app these days anyway. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation to cancel my subscription and ensure I do not have any further money debited from my monies. If your reply and support/help does not happen very soon, and no later than a 24 hour period, I will be seeking legal consult and you will be hearing from an attorney and that is not a threat at all. I do have an attorney on-call should I not receive a prompt reply, and a halt to any further funds taken from my account, including if they are steps that I need to take to make that happen on my end, you will indicate and be very clear (not ambiguous at all) as to how I may do what I need to do, what I need to do, and I when I need to do it to ensure no further funds are taken from my account for the Dancebit app. I I previously submitted an email regarding this issue and received a response that I would receive a response within 48 to 72 hours. That was on March 17, 2023 that I sent that email and today is March 21, 2023, so well over 48 to 72 hours and I have not received a response at this point, for a total of five days after my last email, addressing this matter, and requesting a cancellation of my Dancebit app subscription.
