- Bluetooth connection is scratchy and barely understandable

- Pedometer and sleep monitoring have to be set every day

- App freezes and doesn't sync sleep data

- Remote function constantly disconnects and gives sync failed error

Close and restart the Fundo Wear app on iPhone
Update Fundo Wear app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fundo Wear iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fundo Wear on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fundo Wear network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fundo Wear Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fundo Wear not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fundo Wear App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fundo Wear » click [Force Stop]

Update Fundo Wear to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fundo Wear App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fundo Wear » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fundo Wear.

Fix Fundo Wear unable to contact server/ Fundo Wear internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fundo Wear » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fundo Wear » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fundo Wear
