I have only used this app once and then I stopped the subscription and I am still getting charged from this company!! If my money isn't returned I WILL be contacting fair consumers as I don't even use this service and I'm not SUBSCRIBED....

I am requesting for my account to be cancelled immediately and my monies refunded immediately also in the amount of $68.49. You are committing fraud and I will report you and I will also dispute the charges through my credit card company if you don't refund my money.

I emailed them at support@redacted and requested that my membership be canceled and that I wanted to be refunded the full amounts they charged me which were $27.99 and $11.99, they responded and said it clearly states in their terms of agreement that they do not issue refunds. I wrote back and told them they were committing fraud and that I would dispute the charges through my bank. They then wrote an email back to me stating that they have issued me refunds for both amounts. I checked my bank account and the refund amounts showed up. So I would recommend emailing them at support@redacted

I cancelled the APP received a cancellation email and confirmation of refund but instead of refunding me they charged me again, 39.99 twice in one week

I enrolled and paid for annual fee.. but Dancebit took additional per month also although it say 3 days free trial if taken on monthly basis .. In short they are charging me monthly and annually ..

I purchased the program and paid for it will my Sandy Spring Bank Card ending numbers 2216, but then when I tried to install on my iPad it charged me again they PayPal. Hi, I bought this program because I wanted to dance and I thought I will be learning dancing while loosing weight. But All I got is workouts of Zumba which I really don’t like. Where is the Salsa? Haven’t seen one class and I don’t know where to delete the Zumba from my 28 challenge as I hate it. I want to feel I am dancing not working out, I thought this was about that. If this Is all about workouts and Zumba I will like my money back as this does not fit my desires. No one is answering me. Thanks
