I emailed them at support@redacted and requested that my membership be canceled and that I wanted to be refunded the full amounts they charged me which were $27.99 and $11.99, they responded and said it clearly states in their terms of agreement that they do not issue refunds. I wrote back and told them they were committing fraud and that I would dispute the charges through my bank. They then wrote an email back to me stating that they have issued me refunds for both amounts. I checked my bank account and the refund amounts showed up. So I would recommend emailing them at support@redacted
