Close and restart the Lavium app on iPhone
Update Lavium app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lavium iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lavium on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lavium network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Lavium app issues:

Force Stop the Lavium App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Lavium app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Lavium to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lavium App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Lavium app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Lavium.

Fix Lavium unable to contact server/ Lavium internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Lavium » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Lavium » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Lavium on android.
