Awful app, won’t connect

At first app connected and controlled neck massager just fine. Then it could find it but wouldn’t connect. Now I can’t even access the account. Horrible app.

Good luck connecting it to FutureWear . The email takes so long to deliver a verification code, I’d rather throw it in the garbage…however the device itself seems decent.
Only support their newer models?!
