Can’t get support, set my usual bp, it took my SYS without a problem but the DIA it took at 20 points higher then it is.
Tried to reset and start from the beginning, it won’t sync with my phone.
So I had it fir 1 day and it’s useless. Sending back.
Also does not show you the overall information for a week/month

If you are still working with WearHealth, please adjust sleep pattern to 24 hours a day. I work nights. I sleep during the day. That would be so helpful. Thank you

I love how many things can be tracked with this device and app. But I need to be able to sync it with Apple health.

Return whatever watch you have it’s garbage. Screen hardly works and it barely functions as a simple watch. Might be alright if you never actually plan on using the watch itself and just do everything through WearHealth :/

You need to have an option for how the date is displayed on the watch. Currently it only displays the day of the month first and then the month. However, in America we always have the month first and then the day. For example, the 30th of September would be displayed as 9-30 in America.

Other than that, it seems to preform fine. It is not an expensive watch, but is pretty good for $50. But all the reviews about the sleep function are true. It needs improvement.

Support is Japanese. Cannot get assistance. Wrote in app will not allow you to enter name so I cannot use the product to give a valid review other than I cannot even access or get help.

Just got this as a gift. It won’t let me put in weight/height in pounds/inches. It looks like “ support” is in Japanese or Chinese. Won’t hold a charge, either. FitBit, here I come! Sending this back to Hong Kong!

When I access settings I can’t fill in the answers for setting my watch. My watch is useless.

Congratulations! Your watch is basically useless. Stop unwrapping it, put it back it the box, and return it for credit.

Ok App but it would be great great if it would interact with the native iOS Health App. Or at least allow data to be exported to the iOS Health App.

WearHealth is useless. No connection to iPhone health & fitness. Only plus more accurate measuring blood pressure with calibration.

I have two problems that I need help with....1.) My watch continues to stop monitoring if I don’t calibrate it with the phone app every couple hours..??? What can I do to corroborate this? I need a continuous monitor because my cardiologist is planning to place a permanent monitor in my chest!i 2.) I can’t figure out how to print or send the readings to my doctor? Please help me. This is very important.
Ok, now a 3rd problem. I have bee.n trying to contact anyone for help and have even tried to “submit a comment” in WearHealth . Every time, I continue to get a “failure to send”??? There is no other way (that I can figure out) to reach any kind of customer service or tech support? I don’t know what to think?
The reason it’s so important for me to get this figured out, is because I have concerning cardiac issues and really do not want to have surgery to place a heart monitor (I’m only 38). Plus, and more importantly I purchased 3 watches, The other two are for my parents. My mom just had a quadruple bypass surgery on her heart and my dad had a stroke, both in the past year.... they are having the same problems with their watches! So it really is important.
So, Unless you see an immediate response to this message, please do not buy anything from this company!

Only had this an hour and already downloaded App, logged into App and synced to phone and taken blood pressure.

So TL:DR: Don’t try to create account, just download App and try logging with your email and create your own password. Worked for me.

What I didn’t do: try to create a new account. Instead per advice on other review I downloaded the GoHeart App by the same developer, created account there, filled in my details (had to convert from metric to imperial for height and weight), added random abstract photo for profile then clicked save and synced with watch.

Then, I downloaded the WearHeart App, opened and logged in using the GoHeart credentials. Straight in and magically my profile photo and info from GoHeart populated.

Next, I paired WearHealth to watch. No problems.

Next went into device management and changed preference to imperial. I’d already done that in GoHeart but it didn’t work, so check it again.

Works perfectly. I’m not sure if you even need the GoHeart App, it may be possible to login to WearHealth without registering first on the other one, but this was the way I did it.

No idea about other aspects, but totally love the look of this watch and the intuitive way to click through functions. It’s the first fitness watch I’ve owned, but for the few $ I’m so happy it’s working great.

WearHealth is not user friendly in the least, especially when paired with the Vibe 3 HR watch. Another reviewer said they wouldn’t comment on the hardware, however, I believe it goes hand-in-hand with the software if they must work together. I don’t receive notifications from my iPhone (which is supposed to be supported by WearHealth ) for messages. The only notifications received are for calls. I like the look and functionality of the watch, but would really like an app that is more functional and reliable. I can’t adjust my own do not disturb times, which as someone who sometimes works nights, would be great. There’s also no option to cycle through screen savers unless you add your own picture, which you can’t delete without adding another picture. Even resetting to the factory settings doesn’t reset the screen saver picture. All-in-all, WearHealth needs a ton of work!

I bought the watch without checking out WearHealth that goes with the watch first and that was my mistake.
The watch itself looks really nice and works well but the problem is WearHealth which doesn’t work well.
I downloaded WearHealth opened it up and have tried to use it with the watch and I did get them synced together but WearHealth doesn’t work since you cannot see the numbers/letters to use it and it doesn’t work correctly with the watch due to the fact it isn’t reading what the watch holds in its memory so this makes buying the watch a bad buy since even synced they do not work as a unit.
I like the watch, it’s a shame WearHealth doesn’t work. I’ll check out other apps and find one that does work as I’ll be more careful now & I won’t buy another watch without making sure WearHealth is usable before I buy it.

I am just getting set up to use WearHealth but can not get WearHealth to switch from metric to imperial. Everything still needs to be entered in metric even when imperial is selected. Is this normally a problem or something that needs to be updated to fix? Really disappointed and I haven’t even started using WearHealth yet just trying to set up my profile. Tried to send a comment through WearHealth and it won’t let me send one. Tried to reach the support through the link before I write this review and I keep getting a message that the address is invalid. 5 minutes after downloading WearHealth and I’m wishing I hadn’t. So far I can’t find any support fir WearHealth.

I bought my watch and asked numerous times to get an extra charger for it. I offered to pay for an extra charger. I was told they would send me one. I have had my watch for less than a year, paid $145. for it but never got the extra charger. I work for an airline and travel a lot. I lost my charger on a trip back in Oct and can no longer use my watch as there is no way to charge it and no contact information for the company who makes it in order to get another charger. I love the watch and have had numerous compliments, but would never recommend it to anyone as they are not a dependable company. Cannot even find a serial number on anything that was sent with it or on the watch

I am disabled and I do not work. I suffer from insomnia and I don’t sleep much even during the day. I thought I could get the total amount of time I sleep throughout a 24hr period. But I notice the tracker only records from 11pm to 8am. I think the tracker should be able to be adjusted for whatever hour span is for the individual. Like those who work shift hours. Not everyone sleeps from 11pm-8am. Can you change the sleep time to be more flexible? It would be great if you could make this change. Much appreciated!

I am trying to setup this Sally Hester watch with the Wear Health app for my grandma and am having ALOT of issues... I was able to download WearHealth and login with email and password (even though it was white on white and I couldn’t see what was being typed...) but then I’m unable to put in personal info such as height, weight, birthday etc because I just run into a blank white screen with no ability to make a selection... anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?!

WearHealth appears great at first but needs serious tweaking, it needs music support, an update that allows dates, months years to be seen. Not very compatible with IOS. Get this fixed if you want better reviews. I’d like that help please make it work better. Also can’t see time when setting alarms. And get up to date interaction with more up to date IOS apps, there is mostly apps no ones heard of for notifications

Along with other things that need to be fixed, the "find" feature (which allows you to find your phone from your watch) doesn't work unless WearHealth is open. I will improve my rating if the feature is fixed. I actually would like to use this because I lose my phone a lot and I think it would be very useful. If it's a setting that I need to change somewhere please reply to my rating and help me!!!! Thanks!

Almost nothing synchronizes, not my sleep or heart rate.... Still not fixed.... I’ve done & redone what was suggested & still no notifications... The only notifs I get on the watch is calls, even though there are a few different things selected to come through on the watch. And I’ve done what was suggested in the FAQ... And WearHealth doesn’t integrate with Apples Health App is there any way to fix that? And the sleep monitoring is completely off, I’ve done my exercise and gone to work by 7 and according to WearHealth /watch I’ve slept till after 7am. Please fix

I have had WearHealth for a little less then 1 year now and I love the fact that I can use any pic for a screensaver but I never have my weather! I mean NEVER! I have tried resetting it disconnecting it. And still a cloud with an arrow which means nothing cause I have to weather! That extremely upsetting when you buy something and it doesn’t work properly! Other then that I really enjoy WearHealth !

I really wanted to like WearHealth. I won’t comment on the watch since hardware reviews don’t belong here. I will say that WearHealth looks nice on my iPhone 8+ and it’s easy to read. The down side it is very quirky. Some times it records sleep fairly accurately. Other times it will arbitrarily start at midnight or after. Some times it will record heart rate very accurately. Other times it will read quite a bit high. Documentation is only so so. Overall, this okay, but nothing more.

The watch is pretty. I cannot get SMS notifications at all. No matter how many times I change settings on my phone or in WearHealth . I reset WearHealth and turn the watch off! This was my main purpose of purchasing a smart watch. Extremely disappointed. It’s attractive, but doesn’t function as advertised.

Does anyone know how to adjust your stride length? Or how to set medication alarms. Start and end makes no sense when there is no am or pm. Can you send in somewhere for an instructions manual? Or how to use your new Wear Health for better fitness? Is anyone else running into the same issues?

Can you change the weather from Celsius to Fahrenheit? How do you change??

Where are the imperial number choices? Only using WearHealth because I have to. Please update WearHealth to include settings all users are familiar with no matter what region they’re from. I do not want to give access to my pictures, but I’m unable to take a picture. I’m also unable to enter a nickname so I’m stuck at the user settings set up screen. I’m going to return the product I purchased that’s requires WearHealth to operate. The set up should be so simple, yet it’s not.

I like the aspects of WearHealth but it so far isn’t recording my sleep correctly and I need it to so I can see how I’m sleeping at night. So far it’s recording my bp and pulse correctly but it’s just not getting sleep correctly. This needs to be corrected. Since I’m trying to improve my sleep and need to know if I am sleeping or not at night.

As the title says it works but I can’t update the OS on the Stauer Smart Watch from WearHealth , as you would believe it to be. Not sure the accuracy of the whole package but WearHealth hasn’t crapped out, Stauer Smart Watch on the other hand well it has some issues, not sure app driven/related but it works mostly...

I really think that it’s probably a better decision for me just to wear my bracelet instead of even opening WearHealth I really like my bracelet but that app is not really developed and it’s kind of “complicated”. I would never recommend WearHealth the way it is right now🗣 please update it :)🙏🏽🦶🏼😅👅👤~ Lil Finessa

I like WearHealth and the band. It helps me stay focused on my weight-loss planning. The mapping needs to be fixed when using the Running Mode. And update the watch as it hasn't been in a long time. Works really well but can be way better.

The ZE Pro is only as good as WearHealth that manages and syncs it. And WearHealth is weak at best, garbage at worst. I have to wear my Fitbit instead of my ZE Pro because WearHealth makes the difference. You’ve ruined a good watch, with a bad application. Make WearHealth more user friendly and add functionality and you’ll have happier customers. Happy customers means you sell more watches. Take a clue from Fitbit and develop a better app.
