App keeps crashing after face recognition. I have tried deleting and reinstalling app as well as the iPad it is on. Please help as the device I just got for Christ,as is worthless.

Our Hum app keeps crashing at the screen where it recognizes your face—just crashes the app closed.

The app was working fine on the iPad. And today it would crash when starting a game.
