Frustrating app!

I’ve created an account with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources so I could log into this App. Unfortunately the ArcGIS login, which is where I’m directed to log in, doesn’t recognize my user ID or my password. I’ve tried using the ‘I forgot my User ID’ and ‘I forgot my password’ to get an email with instructions .. nothing has worked. So I’ll delete the app and hope that at some point in the future the Ohio Department of Natural Resources fixes it.
Good app overall

Really good at tracking where I am with a detailed and named view of the trail. Currently cannot download areas for offline use, it's an option in the app it just doesn't appear to actually save anything
Edit- latest update makes the app unusable, can't search trails or download. Really buggy, hey but at least they got me to sign in with my OH|ID 🙄
Worthless

This app does not work. Will not display trails that are nearby in the middle of a State Park. I have tried at multiple State Parks. It locks up constantly. Leave it to a government agency (ODNR) to screw something up royally.
