I wanted to cancel my subscription . And the charge just went through two days ago I think. What can I do to cancel and credit back my account .
How do I cancel my membership?
I signed up for the pro and want to cancel but I can’t cancel it because it keeps saying there’s an error to cancel my subscription. Then I go online and I look at my subscriptions and I see that they have already charged me until 2023. Please stop my subscription and please let me know when this is done. Thank you
I recently signed on for the pro and I am mediately wished I hadn’t. It’s a terrible app that does not flow well and I can’t even cancel it because it keeps saying there’s an error to cancel my subscription. Then I go online and I look at my subscriptions and I see that they have already charged me until 2023. Please stop my subscription and please let me know when this is done.
HELP! I have repeatedly tried getting help to no avail. I have Outside Plus which gives me free TrailForks yet I’m charged through Apple $17.99 for a year’s subscription. How do I get a refund or credit? Please help.
Trailforks team, I have sent a previous email on why I have an annual subscription and unable to bring up Trailforks on my iPhone app? It continues to ask me to purchase pro which I believe I have paid for. Please expedite this ongoing query. Captain Glynn
I got a new ph and my Trailforks app did not transfer so I uploaded Trailforks again but I forgot my email address or username I used and I have been paying for Protrail forks. I have tried all options but nothing. Pls help!

I have used this app for years. It had more trails, more accurate trails, and a better GPS than most other trail apps. I used this app for most new rides I went on, until they decided to put up a pay wall for basically every useful feature. I understand that they need to monetize their app, but their strategy of blocking every useful feature is the deal breaker for me. I have deleted the app and will be using their arch-nemesis, MTB Project, until they update and change how they monetize the app.
***update***
I still don’t use this app for the above reasoning, but their app just happened to show up when I searched for something else. They are obviously filtering out the majority of the reviews, which just happen to be the negative reviews, to improve their overall rating in the App Store. This is a misleading and unethical tactic and really reflects the values of the company itself.

App is pointless. I downloaded pro in a pinch trying to navigate our way out of the woods before dark on some poorly marked trails. My card was charged and got the Apple receipt, however nothing changed with the app and it stayed at the grey screen still prompting to upgrade to pro. It’s been days later and still won’t let me see anything different from the free version.
I just requested a refund from Apple.
After the third time of trying to write this review and it glitching out I had to write this in notes and paste it over. Just bad.

Apps like this one wind up with avg review grades of 2-3 stars because they were getting five stars a few years ago and now get one star (excluding self promotion reviews). Apps can switch to pay if they want, but doing so by monetizing both user-supplied data along with selling user data is easily the sleaziest swindle I’ve seen in a while. It’s sad that the developers have so little self respect. Money is good, but have a little dignity.
