I can’t get the app to shown attractions that are one or two star rated. Only shows three star attractions despite setting the filter.

To resolve The MICHELIN Guide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the The MICHELIN Guide App
1. On android, goto Settings » The MICHELIN Guide » click [Force Stop]

Clear The MICHELIN Guide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » The MICHELIN Guide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart The MICHELIN Guide.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click The MICHELIN Guide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto The MICHELIN Guide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch The MICHELIN Guide
