A Little Dose Makes All the Difference

I was skeptical at first: can one simple activity each day really build up my happiness? It seemed too basic and too easy and almost gimmicky. But A Little Dose of Happy did just that: trained my muscle memory to become happier. Just a small step a day. I relive those moments every time I see my happy “accomplishments” stare back at me through a collection of charming photos. Not only did my Daily Dose bring joy to my life, it brought joy to others when I surprise my loved ones with a phone call, or share my happiness through texts. I recommend subscribing to the Journal. The extra feature builds up mindfulness and an appreciation for a healthy, happy outlook. Plus, perusing my calendar of memories literally put a pep in my step. A great way to build a routine

I struggle with building a routine of taking care of myself on an every day basis. This App is a great, simple, easy to use way to journal my progress, work on performing acts of kindness, while also reminding me to take care of myself. Definitely something to share with others and help you add a little dose of happy to your own life!

Love this app

I’ve tried lots of journaling and feel-good apps but, as a busy person, I have a hard time sticking to them. Little Dose of Happy makes it really easy to check in and do just enough of the little things to start feeling the difference. I love it
