I was ready and willing to pay for parking, though it seems incredibly dishonest to blanket an entire store parking lot in paid parking signage (definitely will never shop here willingly). But despite being willing to pay for parking, ParkSmart made every effort to stop me from doing so. During sign-up, it doesn't accept SSO for Google or Apple. It also inhibits password managers that create secure passwords. It said I have to have "one" (precisely one, no more?!) "Special Character" but doesn't specify what a special characters IS. So my password with "-" doesn't qualify, but it doesn't say why not. Five minutes of password frustration later, I register my car and then enter the location ID, which crashes ParkSmart after enabling location access (why? I just entered the ID). Finally, all that done... after selecting "hourly", ParkSmart presented no further options, and told me to select a "schema". From a blank list. So... there was actually no way to proceed!
ParkSmart is a waste of time. It took 10 minute to set up and upload payment information and despite doing all the things, I still received a parking ticket that I need to print out and fill out a dispute form and mail back in. Do yourself a favor- don’t be smart. Avoid ParkSmart . Just pay at the meter.
App is extremely slow to load. When it does load, it won't accept my credit cards. There are options to pay using paypal and others, but they are grayed out and won't work. Completely and utterly useless.
App failed creating a new user.
Other users also had issues with phone pmt.

Horrible App. I used it months ago and then turned off (entered STOP) and now I cannot use ParkSmart b/c I turned off all of their many texts. Can’t change anything b/c my phone is “STOPPED”
I’ve been using ParkSmart to park since they no longer allow SpotHero. I normally booked daily but now longer give me an option this time. NOT RELIABLE
Garbage. ParkSmart crashes on Face ID login. I restarted my iPhone 14 Max , and tried again. Crashed again at the same place.

Couldn’t use it. ParkSmart kept crashing. Pay by text instead it available or park elsewhere.
I just wanted to lay two dollars to park my vehicle. I didn’t want to give them my information.
Worst parking app ever. You can’t prebook for future days. And there’s always an error appearing.
Buggy as can be. Been using it for 1 year across different versions and they never get it right. This feels more like a beta app that someone for a school project converted with a free code converter to an iphone app, and somehow also convinced my city to use for paid parking. I'm pretty annoyed that my city would even install any parking spaces with this app/EasyPark, it's that bad.
I just got ParkSmart to help me find parking and it was so easy. Definitely using again.
