Good morning, I just started my journey, I see a place to sign in to resume a previous session, but no where in the app or on the website can I find where to create an account. Can you assist?

First of all, the environment this story is set in is EXTREMELY inhospitable. If you fully imagine yourself as a character in the story, you will quickly find yourself wishing to leave. Secondly, in the second chapter, you will be given the choice of trusting some unknown voice/person with questionable intentions, or being frozen into an ice statue and booted out of the game. Neither of these two things are at all helpful to someone dealing with anxiety or mental illness. The environment just increases anxiety levels. And chapter two implies that if you trust yourself you will be judged as being wrong and ostracized by others (or worse yet, killed off.) How was this ever created by mental health professionals? There is so much wrong with this! I would be VERY careful before using this app or recommending it to someone else as it could very easily have negative instead of positive effects.

This is self help for people who think they need it. If you don’t think you need it, this is fantastically annoying.
I got 10 minutes in to chapter 1 wondering when I would have any actual agency. There’s decision points, but no agency. Self help is literally useless without volitional aspiration guided through agenentic recognition.
Digital games have no ability to satisfy this requirement. So, it’s cute, but a doomed project like every other ‘therapist in an app’. Interpretation of salience landscaping and relevance realization process cannot be achieved in digital format. Verbal holography fails to release the individual from their psyche, and thus this modality will only work with people who are need a vocabulary to adequately address their selves, but won’t take them beyond that, except as spiritual bypassing. 🤷🏻

I really wanted to love this, but the format is actually making me feel worse. They tell an interactive story that scrolls vertically in small bites of text. Even at the fastest speed setting, it’s too slow for me. Plus, since you can’t scroll to make the text move faster, it jumps on its own, which makes reading difficult as your eyes are always trying to reposition. The story itself is so agonizingly slow, and if there’s a point, I’ll never know because this app is so not for me. It made me agitated and worsened my anxiety. It’s like this, but worse, as it drones on and on: You stare at the sky. There’s a blowing noise, a rushing sound. It’s as if there is a blanket of white ahead. You stare off in the distance, but all you can see is white. The word for this would be blizzard. Blah blah blah…
